This chic fil a is in a great location with views of the mountains, however the small roads leading to it are slightly wonky, but there isn't much the resteraunt can do about that. The food is normal chic fil a, good but not amazing fast food. However the politics of this companies owners leave a lot to be desired, the individual locations don't have anything to do with that, they feed you and send you on your way. Their sweet tea is still some of the best in fast food, even if it is really bad for you, basically diabetes water.
I love Chic-fil-a but this location leaves a lot to be desired. The staff is McDonald's caliber at best. I waited forever to get to the drive thru window just to be asked to pull around the building to the front door. Waited for atleast 10 minutes for a chicken sandwich meal. Finally left and realized they didn't give me my drink. Turned around and went back in and apparently interrupted an employees conversation with her friends who could barely stop talking long enough to find out what I needed. I wish this location could get it together, they are the closest location to my house, but after multiple experiences like this one I don't think it's going to happen.
Super fast service. Ordered for curbside pickup through the app, got there and they got it right out to me.Fresh, tasty, friendly.Strawberry shakes were good, grilled chicken nugget were good.
The food is always hot and fast, service is good. Unfortunately, we have now twice had orders that were missing items or had the wrong items. This is becoming a consistent issue with this location. Extra star because they replied and are working on it!

Food was delicious as always the only reason I didn't give five stars is because I had to go in after going through the drive through and get the part of my meal they missed. But other than that they were very friendly and happy to help me get the order right.
Just wanted to talk about Levi for a minute. What a nice guy! My husband ordered 2 few nuggets and Levi heard me say we needed to order a couple more. He just walked to the back and returned with 2 nuggets. Saved us some tears from our girls. :). Then my daughter poked a hole in her cup and not only did he replace it, but he told her that he did the same thing himself a few days ago, which made my child feel a lot better. Thanks, Levi
Always a fan of Chick-fil-A. Today, I took four young kiddos to lunch there. Although we dined in,, wisely ordered and paid ahead on the app. Really made going out to rat with the kids easier and less stressful. Was impressed that the kids meals included an excellent fruit cup option for the side. Well done Chick-fil-A! That nicely balanced the ice cream dessert treat ??
Don't usually go here. Do to non acceptance of GLBT community. My daughter is transgender and really likes the food but I keep telling her that we should not support a business that doesn't support you. She asked .. so chick fila hates me. I said it's not that honey. It's that they don't care to accept you for who you are. To bad she says. I like going there.
Best chick Fila in Colorado springs. You are always greeted and treated with respect. Right when I sat down the food was already done and the food was hot and good. Everything you would expect in a chickfila is done perfectly here.
