I hosted my family here for their first trip to Colorado and the team at CMR did a fantastic job. The front desk staff was responsive and attentive. Eliza in reservations was outstanding. Our housekeeping team Paula and Salvador did an incredible job and Paul at Elevations was great. We did have some rough service from Lexi in the bar but overall the experience was 5 stars! The aquatic center staff was polite and helpful and the pools and activities were unmatched!

We had a great time during our 5 night stay at Cheyenne Mountain Resort. The staff was friendly and the amenities were plentiful. Overall it was a good value, because you could park your own car and have it readily available, and a lot of things came with the base price of the room. The breakfast buffet was not good. The food was cold, the selection was limited and I would expect more for $56 for a couple. They forced fees and an 18% tip on a serve yourself buffet, which I considered mentioning to management. The resort is not new, and shows wear, but it was peaceful and relaxing.

This hotel is one of my favorites in this area. I have been coming here for a very long time. If you choose this place you for sure won't regret it.Hotel was very nice. Beds were pretty comfortable and the bathrooms were very clean and worth your money. The outdoor pool was warm and clean as well as the hot tub. The restaurant down by the golf course has great lasagna! Their pizza was less than mediocre. Overall an awesome experience, kind staff, great time.
Super easy to book and check in! Our puppy was able to stay with us which we really appreciated. The heated pool was nice and the hot tub was a bonus. The people we met were very friendly. Parking was easy and free. Our bed was small for a king size but incredibly comfortable. Everything was clean and the balcony with Mountain View's was a nice touch to our room. I appreciated all the work being done to make their guest feel comfortable.

We booked this in I guess what they consider their off season 3/19-3/21. I initially thought this would be very similar to other higher end resorts we had stayed at and the main lodge was beautiful and courtyard well kept. However as soon as we arrived to our room in the Fountain Lodge we were pretty disappointed. As we walked into the room we immediately noticed bloody boogers wiped on the wall. The beds had various sorts of hairs in them and the bathroom also had a large clot of hair in the drain. The ceiling in the bathroom had dried reddish spots on it from where steam from the shower had gathered and not been cleaned for who knows how long. It was disgusting to say the least. I guess the best part of this stay was that we didn't spend much time there or in the room. WAY WAY too pricey for the accommodations. Main restaurant was never open. I would consider the rooms to be maybe a 2.5 star compared to what I've seen in the past. Hugely disappointed with this one!
