We did not know Colorado had this!! These restaurants are pretty popular in TX so when we saw it we had to go try it. We did not regret it. We even sat outside and enjoyed our lunch with an awesome view of the mountains. Prices affordable and the girl that was our waitress was very attentive to our needs.

They have the best potato soup I love coming here for it! And is only $5 dollars, the other thing you cannot go without trying is their buttery croissant i think it was $1.50! So delicious and they prepare it themselfs!! ? The hamburger you see there is a Jalapeño burger and according to my husband it was amazing as well!

Clean environment,Food was well made, full bar with excellent choices and quality spirits on hand. Separated into two areas, one side primarily all dinning seating with a couple of TVs in the wall corners. Otherwise, a lot smaller with the bar (including bar seating) and several dinning tables and corner booths with several TVs playing sports.

Full disclosure prom night super busy night review: we have been to Cheddar's about a dozen times now, but always for lunch, and I would always say I received 5 star service and food. This time we visited on a busy Saturday night, prom night to be exact. What a disaster! The wait staff were all buzzing around the establishment as if guests were not their concern. Full trays of drinks going full speed and the guests were to move out of their way because it was obvious they weren't slowing down or waiting on anyone. I watched our waitress walk right in the middle of a group being seated and didn't offer even as much of an acknowledgement of cutting them off. A waitress attempted to deliver the wrong food to our table then tried another table, nope wrong again and finally got it right on the 3rd try, however it was a 4 top and they only brought 2 meals. The 2 meals forgotten? The children's! So on to our meal. My husband got the Cajun pasta. It was delicious. Flavorful, large portion and tasted like you would expect it to. I got the ribeye steak. I was fully disappointed. It was undercooked, chewy, lacked flavor and was 90% grizzle and fat. When the waitress asked how things were it was evident I didn't like my steak. (And the southern style green beans are overly sweet) But she offered no replacement or to make sure it was sent back to finish being cooked. And at the end of our meal when we declined a box she looked right at my plate acknowledging how little I ate yet never asked if everything was ok, instead she hurriedly gathered our check and moved us along.Overall Cheddar's is a great place to enjoy mid day lunch and cocktails. The environment is relaxing and staff is typically friendly and engaging. This was our 19 year anniversary dinner and we chose Cheddar's because of our previous lunches but after last night I'm not sure I'll be back (at least not at night). It was that bad of an experience that it has ruined the previous 12 good lunch experiences in 1 bad dinner experience.Lunch review below:Amazing every time we visit. Food is always fresh and lots of it. The staff is welcoming and attentive without being overbearing. One of our favorite places to dine. Love the fish tacos.

Six of us for a birthday lunch. Put In our order and waited and waited. When the food finally came it was cold. Four of us sent it back. The other two were hungry enough to eat it anyway. I told them to cancel my steak which they did. The other three got a hot meal after a wait. I’m not going back again. The food there has always been just ok but it is a nice restaurant. Top management needs to send in a trouble shooter and fix this place.

If I could leave zero stars I would. At 8:10PM we were seated. Over an hour later and still no food. Everyone around us had their food and was DONE eating. So I asked for our food to go. Here’s how my food was packaged upon asking for it to go. Also, the chicken tender with spaghetti had NO marinara on the spaghetti noodles. The monte cristo had no raspberry jam either. We had to ask for silverware to go as well after getting our food. And when asking for to go ketchup, we were told they have none. Guess no one was bright enough to squirt some ketchup in a small to go container like our Mac n cheese came in. Maybe it’s just a Colorado thing….-A disappointed Texan

My meal was good, I got the Chicken Fried Chicken. Very filling and good for comfort food. The dessert was not so great. I ordered the cookie skillet which they said was made fresh, but the cookies were clearly just re heated, and not very good. The service was also pretty lame. We were told it would be a 10 minute wait, which promptly turned into a 45 minute wait. They also seated multiple groups that came in after our group (you can’t make reservations here, which is also really aggravating) which was pretty insulting. After being seated and ordering we then waited for another 30 minutes just to receive our meals. Overall, I enjoyed my meal, but the overall experience was frustrating for the entire group and I would expect better service if I were to return. I write this in hopes that Cheddars can use this information to improve.

Very cute place to eat.The croissants are satisfiying by themselves before you even eat anything else. The bourbon sauce is a must try on steak or salmon. And the drinks are phenomenal.

One of my top restaurants!!I always order a Painkiller for a drink and it's absolutely wonderful.A good go to birthday dinner place or to just grab some drinks in a fun friendly environment!

Drove an hour to eat here because the whole family loved the cheddars in North Carolina so much. But the grilled chicken Alfredo was a huge disappoint. It had no flavor and no sauce. I won't be eating at this location again.
