Food and service were good. Steak was under-cooked but they fixed it quickly and the manager brought it back out. Not sure if the other restaurants repainted... but the light gray interior took away from the atmosphere we remember... made it look a little more "diner"ish.

Great service - Lily is the best server we've had anywhere in a long time. She was fast and on point all night.Food was great - bigger portions than I expected.

We had an excellent meal here. My wife had the Pollo Rosa Maria with garlic mashed potato’s and I had the Chicken Parmesan with pasta. Both were excellent. The bread was fresh out of the oven and delicious with the herbs and olive oil. I had the Caesar salad which was great, and my wife had the dinner salad, which she said was ok… I won at salad. I would definitely go back again.

The best part of this location was the new decor and Faith our server. Ordered something off the menu that wasn’t supposed to be spicy and for some reason it was. I thought it was odd that the manager took my plate back came back and said he tasted it and it wasn’t spicy. It took over 30 min to get our kids chicken breast out after sending it back because it had a grill brush bristle on it. Manager made me feel uncomfortable but Faith was spectacular and apologetic.

Our first time there. Among 4 of us, we all agreed the food was outstanding. The one star drop is due the menu being easy to misunderstand. I ordered the Tuscan-grilled sirloin. The description was "service simply grilled or with your choice of a topping. Steaks and Chops are served with ... your choice of two sides." The waitress asked if I wanted Marsala Sauce. I said yes without know that was an extra charge. I picked the two sides from the "sides" section on the previous page. When I got the bill, the total price for the steak was 35% higher than expected. That is when I found out the sauce was actually an extra charge topping and one of the sides that I picked had an upcharge.Wondering what I missed, I pulled up the menu at home. All of the prices are listed IF you don't stop reading when you get to "choice of two sides."All that said, the food and service rate 5 stars. We will go back, but being careful to read the menu more carefully. ;-)

The food and drinks were great, but the service wasn't. A long time to get drinks and refills, no bussing of diry dishes or glasses. Our bread was served crushed. Not ideal.

My wife and I shared a spaghetti dinner, there was plenty for both of us. Our only "complaint" was our server checked on us excessively. He was super friendly and frankly I think he was bored. Checking on drinks, asking if we needed anything etc. We were both just tired from working and just wanted to wind down not entertain or waiter. The food was very good and plentiful, we ended up ordering a vanilla cake for two as well and that was much better than expected. Highly recommended.

There are many Carrabbas locations in Colorado but this one is by far number one. We celebrated our wedding anniversary last night there and I can honestly say I have never had a better experience at a restaurant. Our waitress, Zion was amazing. She actually sang a happy anniversary song to us. My wife is something of a particular eater, think Meg Ryan from when Harry Met Sally. The cooks there did an amazing job and catered to her every desire. Can’t say enough good things about this restaurant. Do yourself a favor and go there immediately.

The mozzarella appetizers were the bomb! The chicken parmigiana was so good (and the sauce was great). The customer service was also fantastic. Will be back!

Zion is an ASTOUNDING server!! We walked in on a cold night and asked for the warmest part of the restaurant!! She said ,"I will turn up the heat and pick wherever you want to sit!!" She didn't miss a beat and took such great care of us!! The manager was friendly, the food was absolutely delish and the chefs were just phenomenal!! Thank you!!!
