I ordered some fettuccine Alfredo (2 sides of it) to go... regrettably a terrible decision to eat at Carrabba's based on reviews... the pasta noodles and sauce were decent. The chicken was so wet that there was a half inch of chicken juice standing in the bottom of the to go bowl. Not to mention they gave me the two sides of Alfredo in separate bowls barely big enough to hold just the pasta and the chicken in a separate container after i said i wanted the chicken mixed in (though they knew I wanted the two sides in the same container based on our conversation). The chicken was full of grisle. The bread that comes with it was literally plain bread with no garlic or flavor. They didn't give me any silverware to go (found out when I got home). The entire experience was awful. The only reason I'm giving them a two star is cuz the pasta noodles and sauce were pretty decent.
Our party was welcome in by a very pleasant host pleasant host and escorted to our table then the waiter came to the table and he was very pleasant and the food was good!
This was absolutely the best Italian meal I have had! And I am almost 70! There were six of us in our party and all of us thought the food was exceptional. Kudos to the chef! Your entire team was fantastic. From the young man who seated us to our waiter!
Okay, the waiter had crusted blood around on of his fingertips, definitely a turn off.I love the open kitchen. They seem to be doing some remodeling inside, it felt random and unappealing. The food was okay overall. We were not greeted when we came in for lunch at about 1pm. It took a moment before a waiter came over and seated us.The Prickly Pear was oddly purple, and tasted more like a regular margarita and it’s a very subtle hit of habanero. I got the pomegranate martini and it was good. The bread was warm and good. The Zucchini Fritte were soooo good! Lightly breaded, fried - they could have passed for french fries. We shared the Chicken Marsala entree, we ordered an Italian side salad and mashed potatoes as our sides. The Chicken Marsala was ok, the chicken or the gravy had a bit of that plastic taste, like when somethings been stored or cooked in plastic… I wasn’t too impressed with that. The salad was simple and ok. The potatoes were good and a nice compliment to the Chicken Marsala. I was a bit disappointed we weren’t offered cheese on anything. And to be honest I haven’t been to Carrabbas in so long I don’t even know if that’s a thing they do.My mom (who I had lunch was with this day) seemed pleased with everything.I don’t think I care to return.
I was very disappointed about the service, the food and the adult beverages. The food very mediocre since pandemic times. They're charging more for less. The waiter brought both drinks half full and charged $9 a glass. I wouldn't recommend. Because they use to be a really good Italian food restaurant. Now I put them on the scale of Fazoli's. Wouldn't recommend unless you want below average service and more below average food. ??♀️??♀️??♀️??♀️
I took my niece and SIL out this afternoon because she will be graduating from HS on May 27 ????.I ordered spinach and shrimp for $29 and the food wasn't worth the $$$. The restaurant has went downhill and the prices went up. I ordered 2 adult beverages about $9.00 each and both drinks appear as if someone drank it prior to the server bringing it to me. I òs very disappointed ?. I hadn't been to Carrabbas in a few years. I definitely won't be back. Alot has changed since the pandemic and not for the greater good either. Don't recommend.
We had the meatball and ricotta appetizer. It only took them 7 minutes to bring it to my table. So its likely that it was staged(prepped) beforehand. Still tasted good. The tomato sauce marinate was delicious and had no chunks of tomatoes (which I hate) and went down quickly. The reason its not a 5 star is because the bread edge while normally is crispy cooked was oddly crispy but stale. A good 1 centimeter from the outside crust to the inside was stale(not freshly made). If I come back, I would have checked the bread first and if it still was stale or hardened along the edges go ahead and ask for a different one. (This was a serving of two loaves, not just one. Both were in the same shape) I am not sure if it was from sitting too long or prepped incorrectly. A bit downer since I'm a bread lover.
It was in walking distance to hotel, it was under remodeling. We had to wait 10-15 min, not because it was busy but because they couldn’t keep up with busing tables. Food was average for here. Service was nice and attentive. Bathrooms could have been cleaned better. Over all I do recommend this location. Specially if you are in a close hotel and do not feel like driving.
They food is delicious, the 3 stars is because the curbside pickup. Everytime I order and get curbside pickup it takes them about 20 minutes just to come to your car and then it takes another 10 to bring you your food. They really need to do a better job at getting people there food quicker
chicken bryan was raw. Ate the first half and began to wonder why chicken was so slimy. shined my light and it’s literally raw. Awful stomach ache
