Loved the service Carlos and Stephanie were awesome; the food tasted great and perfectly cooked . The atmosphere was a little dark but romantic. I took my wife out for our 20th wedding anniversary. The alcohol drinks were a little over priced at $25.00 a drink and the food prices were a little high for an everyday dinner , but fir special occasions once every 10-20 years it is worth it. I have no other gripe. Loved my dinner and enjoyed this restaurant. Recommended for special ocassions.

This place has an impressive menu. It's more extensive than you would assume. However, there appeared to be attention to quality and detail in every dish we were served. The food and the service were absolutely amazing. The prices are certainly high, but if you would like a fine dining experience, this place is totally worth it.
I had seen Carlos Bistro over the years and was anxious to give it a try. My girlfriend and I were not disappointed. When we walked through the doors it opened up into a very inviting atmosphere. We were taken back a bit once we opened the menu and saw the prices to be completely honest. My girlfriend ordered the Swordfish with crab and Hollandaise and I had the filet with crab and Hollandaise sauce. Both meals were incredible! I would honestly say that this was the best Swordfish and best filet minon that I have ever experienced. A very special thanks to Carlos for making our experience a very memorable one.
