Delicious vanilla latte with oat milk. Nutty and creamy with the perfect amount of sweetness! The staff are also really nice and friendly.Husband loves the drip coffee! One of the best coffee shops in the Springs!
Excellent coffee, great service and a nice view. Definitely a nice spot to relax and enjoy a beverage.
The profile of the espresso beans really stands out, even from a milk-based espresso drink. It’s citrusy, with nutty sweetness lingering around. Open and airy space with friendly baristas and some cool customers ?:)
Great craft coffee experience! Friendly staff and refreshing interior. Single origin beans roasted on site.
The rosemary rooibos is heaven on earth. This place is my all time favorite place to hang out, relax, study, think, journal, take a moment... you'll love it too.
Delicious coffee and pastries with friendly service. Understandably popular!
Great coffeestore with a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere. Coffee beans roasted to perfection which makes for high quality drip or espresso based drinks with floral aromas. A small but delicious selection of pastries rounds out the offerings. Highly recommend this place!
Friendly barista. Delicious cinnamon roll and yummy blood orange rooibos iced tea. It is a fun atmosphere. Great natural light. Would be a nice space to work.
I've had both the seasonal Maple Bourbon Honey latte and the Butterscotch latte from here. They have unique and complex latte syrups, which I appreciate. Building III's espresso is rich and smokey. All-in-all, they make a damn good latte. The atmosphere is simple, open, and clean. The location is great too with lots of seating in the school's halls. The only downside is I feel like this place is the most hipster of all hipster coffee shops in the Springs. Now, depending on who you are, you may absolutely love that. All power to you. However, to us regular jeans and t-shirt people, I think it feels...confusing. I guess I just don't understand what drives one to refuse to brush their hair, but wear designer clothing. Or the guy with the laptop sticker that says, "tax the rich" and yet he's on a new model laptop, with an iPhone in hand, while drinking a drink that likely wasn't cheap. (I'll let the hypocrisy slide...he's young and probably hasn't had Economics 101 yet.)Regardless, the "hipster-vibe" isn't Building III's fault. But, for some reason they attract a particular group, which in-turn makes this place feel less family-friendly. I don't mind much either way. I always get in some good people watching and I think its important to stay in-touch with all generations. But I wanted to at least mention this in my review: if you're looking for a trendy hang-out, this is the place. If you want to just have some casual coffee and not be surrounded by people glued to technology with an interesting fashion sense...I'd go elsewhere. ?
Always great coffee here. I highly recommend the nitro cold brew, because it’s so rich and smooth. I’ve also tried their cappuccino, and that’s excellent as well. We just got the bagel sandwiches today (pictured), highly recommend! They’re beautiful to look at and delicious!
