Food is great. We come here about every two weeks and always have a great experience. Today 6.26.22 we got a server, Elisa. Very negative since the first 5 minutes, asked for 5 wings with no sauce & said she cant do that...when they have always done it... Got an attitude for asking for a refill. Got an attitude for asking for more trays and more forks. Asked her to take a cup because our table was full & said "just leave it there".
I would have given three stars but the manager managed to redeem our experience somewhat. The reason for the three stars is that we came in as a family of 3, drinks for the most part came out fast for all, the food however was a different story. First our kid got his food, 15 minutes later my wife, nearly 20 min later I got mine and it was luke warm at best. A few min later a manager walked up and asked if everything was OK. I did tell him and he managed to get a hot fresh order out fairly quick. That is why and how they redeemed the star. I am pretty sure they are struggling with staffing and that was the issue.
Lunch yesterday was great!Dinner tonight was atrocious.After an hour still waiting for a kids Mac and cheese.. ? Really?Not even that busy to be this slow and no time to clean up either, see photos..
Had Keegan as our bartender/server. He is great. Cold beer, good drinks. Great customer service Food was cooked perfect great service. Even got samples of a couple of sauces we were not sure about.
One of the best bdubs nights we have had in a while. We were preparing for a bad night once our waitress warned us that our food may not come out together (she said its always been like that and I know FOR A FACT it's not) but it did and everything was wonderful including our waitress herself. My husband had a good birthday and that's all I wanted!Hope to see more of the same in the future as this really is my favorite place to go but this location definitely needed some work over the past year!
If I could give 0 stars I would!I had to order threw grub-hub. I got the complete wrong order. I contacted grub-hub and they told me they couldn’t re-deliver. I called BWW and they told me I had to contact GH. No one is willing to help me when some one clearly messed up my order. I hope that Joshua is enjoying my order because we definitely are not enjoying his. We ordered 40 wings and fries. We got 20 wings and onion rings. We have 4 different flavors and now we have teriyaki. Not even what we ordered. I will not be ordering from BWW again!
The food is fine, exactly what you'd want out of a chain like this (even if the servings are shrinking over the years), but I got my food ten minutes before anyone else at the table did, and it took another half hour after that for the last person at our table get her food. We were told this was normal, that they serve the food as soon as it's "hot and ready," but this lack of apology to the person who waited 40 minutes seems more like a flimsy diversion for why they can't organize their kitchen to serve one table all together. Will be a while before I have any interest in going back here.
I ate before remembering to take pics of the wings but bdubs is consistently good. The pretzels look burned but that's just how they come and they are amazing. I love the wide choices of wing flavors. If you read my review do my a favor and follow me on google. I review lots of places across the US but this bdubs is one I always try to grub at. Thank you!
I am cooking the wings at home because they screwed up my order monumentally. All the sauce on the side (we did NOT order that!) half the dipping sauces I ordered were not in. Buffalo wings has lost my business this is the worst thing I’ve ever seen the wings are sooooo dry!
