I do not usually write reviews, however, Buffalo Gals Grilling went above and beyond for us at our catering event. We recently had a wedding of around 50 guests and selected Buffalo Gals based on their menu and a recommendation from a friend. We were beyond happy with the food, communication, and professionalism of this catering group. All of the guests agreed: it was the best food they ever had at a wedding. I would like to take special note of Rob and Andrea's exemplary performance. Their demeanor and attentiveness was of a class I have never seen before. I wish I lived in Colorado Springs so that I could utilize them more often. Thanks Buffalo Gals!
Buffalo Gals Grilling and Catering catered our daughter's wedding Aug. 28, 2021, at Brush Canyon Ranch in Rye, CO. We chose the grilled taco bar, appetizers, herb lemonade and bartender services. Natalie, Paul and the entire crew were AMAZING!!!!! These folks went ABOVE AND BEYOND to provide the best guest experience we could have ever asked for!!!! So service was off the charts in excellence! But the food was also EXCELLENT!!! They grilled on site at the wedding venue and everything was hot and fresh and delicious!!!! We HIGHLY recommend this company for your catering needs!!!

I did the take out Valentine's Day dinner. It was fantastic! The beef tenderloin was amazing. It was so nice to simply pick up my meal and not spend hours cooking. Great job by Buffalo Gals / Picnic Basket!
Stopped by the small food truck they had outside their catering business last Saturday. I don’t think I’ve ever had chicken that good in my life. I wish they would feed the public on a regular basis or I need to find reasons to have catered food because it’s incredible. Everything was delicious.
