Stopped in for the first time for dinner on Friday and we enjoyed our experience. Brooke was our waitress and she was very professional, polite, attentive and very thorough. Brooke made sure we were taken care of the entire time we were there. I haven’t experienced good customer service like that in years. Thank you for that Brooke! Not to mention the food was good too! We had a classic cheeseburger, buffalo chicken and a hot chicken (can’t remember the name) but everyone enjoyed their dishes and hospitality!
This place is pretty great! I have been here a few times now and always have a good time. And it's always busy so you know it must be good.I usually get the wings and they are awesome. They are smaller than most places but they cook them just right. They don't have a huge selection of flavors for the wings but the ones they do have are pretty spot on.The beer is always cold and tastes good. The prices are pretty good and nothing to complain about.
Tonight was our first time eating at Bubbas but let me tell you, we will be back. There is something for everyone here. They have great portions for all their food and it's great quality!

We asked for 4 waters which we never received. The appetizer was good and arrived in a timely manor. Dinner on the other hand took quite a while. When our dinner finally arrived 2 out of the 4 plates came out room temp if not a little cold (both burgers). Our server was too busy socializing with another table ( she actually sat down and was laughing and having a good ole time with them). I had to flag down another employee to let them know about our entrees. They took our burgers away and said that they would make us new plates. The server came back to ask how everything was not knowing we had to send our food back. I had to tell her what happened. When our food came back the burgers were decent. When it came time for the bill the server told us that they comped our 2 meals (which they didn't have to do because we did eat the 2 remade burgers), but when she gave us the bill they did comp the 2 meals that were cold but they charged us for the 2 new meals. I had NO problem having to pay for my meal, but when you tell me you comped my meal I expected it to be comped. This is the 2nd time my meal has been wrong, so it will be a while before I go back.
The staff was amazing and food was delicious. It was our first time there and we will definitely go back!!!
Never again will I step into this location. Manager needs retraining. Sad to write this but, corporate needs to know.
The cocktail is large! Lol.. everything is good. Only the steak tasted a little tough. I’ll be back!
We loved every bite and drink and took food to feed the family later. I am big on if it's not better then home it not worth the money. Have left so many places disappointed by one thing or another. Bubba's 33 was not the case. Loved everything even the staff
