My past two delivery orders were terrible. First, I didn't get cornbread that is supposed to be included and I ordered two slices of apple pie which I was charged for but only received one slice. Next time, again no cornbread and I was charged for a 20 ounce Sprite which I did not receive. Also with my meal the second time, I ordered the garlic dill potatoes with my chicken and the potatoes were undercooked. I have never had a problem until these two times. They steal $5.00 from me for the items that I ordered which I didn't receive and no cornbread and potatoes tasted awful. I did send a message but no response to my complaint on the website or refunds. What is going on over there? Anyone know why there are temporarily closed now?

Out of meatloaf or ribs, bourbon chicken burnt. Spinache souffle not as good as used to be. Yams were great though. Don't like to get fast food but this has gone downhill.

Never again. Returned the chicken and was told it wasn't burnt and I knew what I bought. Poor attitude and much sass from Tabitha. The facility had no change and yet the person in front of me was allowed to walk out with a 56.00 meal because they didn't have change. All I wanted was two chickens in exchange and thats not what happened. Academy and Galley.

Food taste good but small portion. There was coupon online for chicken popeye for $5 but they charged for $8.39, but did not let us know until I found out online myself after the fact.

I haven't been to a Boston Market in along time. I saw this one and decided to stop. I usually get the meatloaf, but they were out of that so I had to have a chicken meal, it was okay but I was disappointed. The place was clean, but old and out of date. Very ify I'll go back their. I might find another and try one more time.

Two thighs and a drum stick. We get the same thing all the time and the chicken gets smaller everytime however 21$

I got food poisoning from this location yesterday. This isn’t the first time. I also went here last year and got food poisoning. So it’s definitely them. I got the same things both times.

I have never eaten here before and I won’t be coming back. I wanted some mashed potatoes and soup. I saw they had “really good chicken noodle soup”. I ordered two bowls of soup and a side of mashed potatoes. The soup was BLAND, cold, and the carrots were hard. It was “really bad chicken noodle soup”. The mashed potatoes were nasty and smothered in orange gravy. Worst $25 I’ve spent.

The facility is old and run down. The food was old, and they were out of crispy chicken. The price of a large side is 7 $, and is a size close to a medium portion. Very few veggie options, and team was not friendly at all.

Horrible service! The food was cold and old. It would have taken 20 mins to make fresh. Chicken didn't seem cooked all the way. We will never be back.
