Great entertainment, venue and staff! Always a wonderful time and the wait staff always does a great job. Caleb was great!
We went last night for an extremely enjoyable evening to see Michael Martin Murphy. We absolutely enjoyed the venue so much was so comfortable the food was hot and amazing we had sliders and bread pudding and Bethany Harris was our server she was absolutely 10 steps above. It makes such a difference to have a good server and she was attentive and right there anytime we needed anything everything arrived quickly. The drink pores are very good. Bethany always had a smile and a laugh at an enjoyable moment to stop and talk with us She was amazing. Highly recommend going to a concert here It's wonderful
The food was great; the wait staff were attentive and friendly. The tables were spaced so people could move and the restrooms were plentiful. The acoustics were good, and size was perfect for an intimate experience.I was treating my 80 year old parents to a performance at this venue. Having never been there, I had some concerns about my mother being able to navigate the facilities with her walker. I called the day before and left a message for someone to call back. The day of the performance I got a call back from Julie. She was amazing working with me on the phone to assuage my concerns. When we arrived, she was watching for us and made sure that Mom got settled. She checked on us regularly and was right back there to help when Mom returned from using the facilities.Highly recommend
We go to Boot Barn Hall - A LOT and have always had 5 star experiences, truly a great venue and quality performers. Recently, they have started offering General Admission tickets and have set up the entire middle of the venue from stage to the bar in the back for general admission. This set-up makes it difficult at times for those seated in reserved seats (Around 5 times the price to enter) to see the stage, and general admission ended up moving into the reserved area (which they did address at some point in the evening). I understand finding ways to generate more revenue, but those paying almost 5 times the entry fee should have the opportunity to be closer to the stage. Solution, have the reserved tables aligned parallel to the stage and have the general admission between the reserved seating and bar in the rear.
$ 11 Beers & $35 pitcher! Way overpriced. Venue we went to said it started at 7. No mention of the country band that played for an hr. We went to see a rock headliner. What a disappointment. The sound & visuals were weak. We saw the same band at another location for a much more reasonable price for show and drinks. I would give it lower but the service was really good. The only plus. Live & learn.
My wife and I love having this music venue here in Colorado Springs!!! We have seen 7 concerts in the past 3 years, and are never disappointed. They bring in only the top musical acts from our area and nation wide. The staff works hard to serve, and make each experience enjoyable. Julie, (one of the managers, I think) always goes above and beyond to give us the best seats. Once on a sold out show, she put us on a waitlist, and then promptly followed up when seats became available. Just last night at another sold out show, my wife and I were unable to get 2 seats together because we booked at the last minute. Once there, Julie came through, and found us 2 seats together. She is truly amazing!!! We are so thankful for such a fabulous music venue and business here in Colorado Springs!!
Great fun, food, and service! Our first visit. Love the venue! Had great seats (I won't say where so I'm not competing with you next trip). Our waiter, Austin, was super friendly and attentive! He was training a newbie, who was great too, and this guy should train all new staff. He was super knowledgeable as well. The food and drinks came out quickly and were both delicious. The brisket, coleslaw, and beans, were super flavorful, with the beef being tender and juicy. Of course, the band and dancing were a blast! Even the security was great - lots of them (we were able to relax and enjoy the night), they were serious about their jobs, but also very friendly and professional. We're already planning our next visit!

Fabulous venue for a meal and a concert. The wait staff is stellar. The acoustics are perfect. Wonderful outdoor seating area with Mountain View’s, too!
Great venue! Loved the sedation/spacing options. Cocktails were great! Parking was relatively easy given the size of the venue.
