Best wings in El Paso county and the pizza is top-notch too. I also love supporting small business where the profits go right back into the community and not to Wall St and the 1%.
The website was very helpful. I had a large order which I was able to place in the morning for a 1045am pickup. When I got there to pick up my order, I was greeted by the most incredible hostess/cook. My 5 very large pizza pies were ready on-time. Lastly let me say, they were delicious!
I hate to give you such a poor review on the Italian sausage grinder I just had. Because I love your pizzas.I was looking forward to a sausage grinder with peppers and onions and extra marinara sauce. The bread was nice and soft, the fries which I could really do without tasted good, but the sausage was tasteless. The sauce had heavy lifting to do to make anything of this sandwich. Just a test and I took a piece of the sausage without anything bread or sauce and tasted it. It did not have any taste!! It didn’t even feel like meat. This was definitely not worth $9.45. I would like to hear from you if you are using some thing other than sausage for the sandwich. Thank you
Your food is only as good as your customer service, which customer service is not existent. Honestly I have never met staff this rude. I have heard of people having issues, while they are not warm and fuzzy, but we never had issues like this the few times we ordered. We ordered one Pizza on our way home and were told 45-50 min. We got there a little earlier, checked in and the lady said 15 min. Great no issue. My husband went in after 15 min and was told another 20. At that point many people where in and out waiting. I get it, it was Saturday and busy, but time management goes a long way and clearly is one of the main complaints. We try to be understanding. After 20 more min my husband went in again Pizza wasn’t done, this time sat down to wait inside. Only to have the lady turn around to the kitchen and loudly complain how annoying my husband is, because he keeps coming in and asking about the Pizza. He responded you are aware I am sitting right here are you? She didn’t seem phased at all. Never a sorry for the wait or anything along those lines of her behavior, but no hesitation to loudly complain about a customer. Of course he is checking on his Pizza after the extra time again and again you told him to wait. To keep in mind for one Pizza, not a huge order. Rude is barely scratching the surface! Clearly they don’t care about their customers and with no hesitation show it.
I don't know why it took so long for us to try this place. Pizza was so good! Can't wait to try other menu items next!
We stopped by the Black Forest Location today and loved it. Ally was very friendly and our Philly Cheeses were amazing. My husband order his Philly with Green Chili's. He loved the bite. I had heard about issues people had in the past. But it appears things have recently changed . We met Ryan who is the new GM . You can tell he takes pride in his store. Really looking forward to trying their gluten free pizzas next.
Amazing food, friendly staff! Will revisit when in the area! I got the spicy pulled pork lunch special (any sandwhich with fries and drink before 2pm)
We ordered a 1/2 cheese1/2 pepperoni pizza, an order of Buffalo wings cooked crispy, and the meatball sandwich tonight.Everything was perfectly wonderful! I asked for some extra sauce on the pizza, and they added just the right amount. The pizza was perfectly cooked. The wings were also done just as I asked, and the meatball sub was very good with the perfect amount of sauce and cheese. I’m not much of a French fry guy, but they were done very well also!Added bonus, the delivery guy was very polite and attentive. He wanted to make sure nothing was shuffled out of place while delivering, and offered Parmesan cheese and peppers if we wanted them.I know there have been issues in the past, but everyone needs to know Pies and Grinders was perfectly on point tonight!! Thank you all so much!

Spontaneously stopped by for lunch with my family and was NOT disappointed. The food was amazing. We all ordered different stuff and it was all delicious and fresh. My favorite was the Stromboli!! Only downside we had was the young kid that took our order. He didn't greet us when we came in at all and was not friendly. It was our first time in so we had a few questions and he seemed bothered and didn't want to help or talk to us. The other older gentleman working definitely made up for him though. He was very kind and genuine he delivered our food and checked in a few times. Inside dining is older n little run down but overall would definitely recommend and would go back!
