No matter how long the wait is...(and there's always a wait)....IT'S THE BEST IN TOWN!! Been going there since the 70's and they NEVER disappoint. Friendly staff and everything is made fresh on the spot from hot off the grill right down to summer friendly treats....I highly recommend! Keep up the awesome work BJ's.

Bj Ice cream is a place out of your memories. It's one of those mom and pop creameries that you have to take your family to. The ice cream is a perfect blended chocolate, vanilla, or swirl soft serve, with 10 different varieties of dip cones, cones with sprinkles, floats, wonderful banana splits with extra toppings, and my favorite, crunch cones. The only good fried food, I thought, was the fried mushrooms, but I also tried out was the hamburgers, which tasted processed at best and the fries were to salty, but if it wasn't for this, I would have gave BJ's 5 stars. Still a don't miss for Colorado springs!
If I could give more than 5 stars, I definitely would! The line for both the drive thru and walk up window was forever long, but it was well worth it. I got the hot fudge cake sundae. Once I bit into this I could see why people were lined up waiting for their chance to order. This is definitely the go to spot for anything ice cream in the Colorado Springs area.
It’s probably one of the best Ice cream places here in Colorado Springs. The portion size of the ice cream is huge and cheap. It really has the old school atmosphere around the are as well. And there is a pizza restaurant next door also.
Saw this place driving past and thought it looked like an old diner. It fit that to a T! The food is all very high quality and very reasonably priced. I got a chicken sandwich for under $5, it was big, fresh, and just the right amount of spicy. I also got a shake and the ice cream is everything right about a perfect shake. Color me impressed, there is a reason this place has been open for several decades.
We have been going to BJ's for years - they have great ice cream, great prices, and they hire a bunch of local kids every year for summer jobs. The staff are always super friendly and helpful. They have a few new items and they have their standard fare year after year. They are doing some work in the parking lot, and the guys were out there putting the new picnic tables in the new outdoor seating area when we ran by the other day - I can't wait for the new seating to be done. Of course we'll be back!
I love this place I went there through my junior high school days. Love their ice cream. And the food's not bad either.
The goto spot locals love. If you grew up here you know BJ's VF is the best. Also a great way to support the locally owned biz here. Their ice cream is the best and if you're a dipped cone person they have all the flavors along with a ton of other none cone items. You will not be disappointed!!
I love this place! The soft serve actually looks like the picture. Our dogs get bowls of whipped cream for their treats.! ??
Wife and I really wanted to enjoy our experience here as we have seen how popular it is in the area. Unfortunately due to our experience, we will not be returning. Made a simple order of a cheeseburger combo meal with mozzarella sticks instead of fries+a medium chocolate malt+1 monster burger. Paid $17 and was given everything except the cheeseburger for the meal. Not a problem except when we explained the situation to the worker there, they wanted us to repay for the missing cheeseburger even though we received the drink and mozzarella sticks from it. Their reasoning being “I accidentally messed up taking your order”. Not sure how them messing up my order equates to me having to repurchase something they missed.
