The tri-tip steak salad was unexpectedly extremely sweet, something I could not tell from the menu description. Clashed badly with the blue cheese dressing, and diabetic dietary restrictions. The meat was rare when I asked for medium well. I asked for no silverware. They gave us tons, which we threw away. They don't even look at instructions. My husband's prime rib was super, as were the avocado egg rolls.I will think twice about going back.

We had a great experience at BJs Colorado Springs! I've been to BJ's in California and actually used to work at BJ's a long time ago. I can really appreciate the service that or server Ryan S. showed us! She was absolutely amazing and the food was ?! Thank you for the great evening!

This is only the second time we have been in BJ's and as usual their wait staff is outstanding. My husband got the southern comfort sandwich and I opted for the healthy entree size Caesar salad with grilled chicken. My husband said his Sandwich was very good. It was also served with fries. My Caesar salad entree was tasty and the chicken was good. But my only complaint on the salad was that for a $17 salad the supposed chicken was sorely lacking for an entree. Also for a salad this size I should have had two cups of dressing come with the salad on the side. I will not order this salad again as I was disappointed that I had more croutons than I had chicken.

Edited: Took review down to 1 star after response below. I shouldn't have to explain that I was on my very short lunch break and definitely should not have to drive back to BJs to speak to a manager.Ordered for curbside pickup. Order came out 12 minutes after my pickup time. Burger and fries are cold. Not even a touch warm. Cheeseburger with no cheese, no mayo and too pink for medium well as requested. I might try them again if I eat in. But for the burger I would rather have Drifters.

Ordered the New Orleans Jambalaya for delivery to try a new restaurant and I was craving something cajun. Cost was $22.95 before fees, delivery and driver tip.First off, the food was delivered warm, which is better than the usual cold, so that was nice. The flavor was awesome. It was just what my taste buds were craving. Nothing like the warm burn of a good cajun dish. The meats and the veggies all had huge flavor and seemed to be prepared fresh. The only problem I had with the dish was the price to portion ratio. A few more bites of protein and perhaps some zucchini tossed in to bring the portion up to the level of the price would put this dish over the top.Overall: Food is costly for the portion you receive, food was fresh and flavorful all around, a very good dish. 4 stars only because of price to portion ratio.

Good food, good drink's , good service

The food and service were great! They were busy at lunchtime but the food still came out quickly and was very good. My sister took me there for my birthday and it was my first time there and I will definitely go back. The burger was very good!

My friends/family and I always have a good time but last night our waiter was exceptionally great. Thank you Evan! We came in on 1/28 around 9:00pm, the prime rib was great I love both sauces (thank you BOH), and Evan was just very friendly, super attentive, and professional. It was a lovely time!

We got a glutten free salad and specifically told the waiter that there was also a dairy allergy and asked about the dressing. He advised there was no dairy. This wasn't a preference but a medical concern.Guess what... ranch dressing contains dairy. The waiter clearly never informed the kitchen about the allergies we mentioned. Caused a huge problem for my companion. It is important to train your staff properly. Some of these allergies are deadly.Edit: Thank you for responding. We will be back to try again.

Amazing food, great service!
