Chicken Chicken Shop Salad

I put my sandwich down mid-meal to come on google and write this review. This place is hands down the best/most consistently good chicken in Colorado Springs. I’ve never been disappointed when trying a new menu item. Chicken is seasoned so well, tots are too, drink are always killer. 10/10 would recommend! Super neat atmosphere and great order functionality inside too!

Holy hell where has this place been all my life?! the banana cream milk shake and broussel sprout salad is amazing, tried a bite of my husband's rather sandwich soo good . YUMMMM

Just got dinner for entire family and while a little pricey the food is amazing and the customer service was great...glad we have a location minutes from the house! Will be returning for sure!

The price is outrageous. I paid $17.89 for one meal for one person. Was not given any napkins, straw for my drink or fork for my Brussels sprout salad. Never returning.

Not Worth It! The kids chicken nuggets and tenders came out dry and over cooked. My chicken burger wasn't anything special for the price. Fountain drinks and staff where nice, but for the price you are better off going to another restaurant.

The service was AMAZING! Both Rob & Junie were so kind and attentive. Everyone there had such a positive attitude. The food, homemade drinks, and homemade sauces were so good. The wonderful service made the experience even better. Very cute and trendy as well. Will definitely be going back.

I have a soft spot for fried chicken in any form that it comes. Birdcall did not disappoint this poultry aficionado! In the need for a quick lunch, I bypassed the recognizable chain restaurants and popped by Birdcall this week. They offer a gluten free menu, as well as antibiotic free, hand-breaded chicken sandwiches and tenders. The service was cheery and happy to offer suggestions, despite the long line of the lunch rush. I ordered the original chicken sandwich, which came on a soft and buttery toasted bun with a crisp sheet of dill pickle. I dipped my sandwich in a touch of house-made ranch and it was the perfect balance of hot chicken, cool ranch, crisp and acidic pickle, and pillowy soft roll. It was on point! The tater tots were a great improvement from the memories I had in grade school. The honey mustard zing was a bold punch of savory and sweet.I was heading to do a home inspection with Jeff of PRC Inspections right after lunch, so I snagged a pair of chocolate chip cookies to share. Given the handmade nature of the restaurant, I was surprised that the cookies were not made in house. They were prepackaged from Sweetstreet, but please don’t misinterpret that as a disappointment. I have visited the Sweetstreet dessert manufacturing facility out in California before - they make a quality product! The chocolate chip cookie was a perfect reminder of that.

My experience today was amazing the bartender is great, down to earth, and knew exactly what I was looking for. I ordered a growler and it looks so cool. Rob did an amazing job! The place is actually really clean no bs and I also got a plate of their awesome tots and fries with this sauce because I was a first time customer. I will most definitely be back again. And when you’re in there ask for Rob he’ll serve you up one hell of a cocktail!

Been here a few times now and it's pretty good. People who are saying it's pricey must have not been to a "real" fast food place recently. Pricing is on par but quality is much higher. We have tried the chicken sandwiches, tofu (Nashville hot), fries, and tots. Tots have a seasoning on them that my wife loves. Fries were just typical fries but good. Everyone was friendly and attentive on all visits. I was surprised to read some reviews on how the Nasville hot was too hot. If you consider black pepper hot...maybe. Both of us who got chicken and tofu order extra hot every time and they basically come mild/med spicy in our opinions. So if there is a way to really get it extra hot we would like love to know! ?

Tried this place for the first time yesterday. Went through the drive through right about noon and I was the only car there, I guess there's a reason for that. I figured maybe I beat the lunch rush but I guess everyone else figured out that this place isn't good. I ordered gluten free chicken nuggets that were tough and chewy, my wife stopped eating them because her jaw hurt from chewing. The fires were cold and chewy also, probably made at 11am or whenever they opened. I also got a 3 piece chicken strip (pictured) They were small slivers of tough chicken that maybe the Chick-Fil-A across the street threw in the garbage as unusable? First time there, will never return. I'm unsure how they will be able to stay opened when there is a Chick-Fil-A across the street. Very disappointed as per the Colorado Springs reviews; this place was supposed to be good and use fresh food. Nothing about my order was made fresh at all.
