This is one of the very few places the entire family enjoys. Always good service and tasty food. Our server, Leonard was fantastic! He gave recommendations, he was funny, very good at his job.
This Place looks amazing inside; gorgeous atmosphere. Very clean bathrooms. The service was average to above average. The food was average to below average. The hostess was not that pleasant and seemed annoyed they had to seat people. I recommend this place still I think it has potential maybe just an off night for them. But definitely will not be top on my list.
Seafood lovers will like what this restaurant offers. We had calamari fritters for appetizer.Capellini Di Mare and Shrimp & Crab Cannelloni are two dishes we ordered which are highly recommended. My daughter had the Spaghetti And Meatballs (spaghetti with homemade meatballs and fresh marinara sauce) but she didn’t like it.We will come back to try other dishes.
Surprisingly for a chain restaurant it was very good quality food, the portions were more than filling and the dessert (the tiramisu & creme bule) was very good. The service was excellent Marcaus our waiter did a great job
Derrick was the best waiter I’ve had in a long time. The drinks, food, dessert, and service were all GREAT!!!
We enjoyed the atmosphere and all that we ordered! Polite, prompt service, good portion sizes, and decent prices for the amount of food you get. Loved the beet salad with goat cheese and arugula and the mushroom lasagna special was yummy ? My husband noted the way the bowl for his lasagna was shaped made it a little hard to eat, but he enjoyed the dish and appreciated the good amount of red sauce!
We waited an hour to on the waiting list to get a table, not the best idea. Dining at Biaggi's was very disappointing. I had the Chicken Parmesan / Lasagna combo ( Huge amount of food ). The Chicken Parm was excellent, the Lasagna - I would avoid. The lasagna tasted like pasta from a can ( think Chef- Boyardee). Not just the flavor, but the lasagna ( pasta itself) was squashy, soggy, squishy- whatever you want to call it. Bottom line: not good.
Walked into Biaggi’s tonight hoping for some rustic and hearty Italian meal. We started with the Sicilian meatballs that we enjoyed very much. We ordered The lasagna and chicken parm combo that sounded like perfect meal for this cold snowy night our waitresses encouragement helped build the anticipation. When the meal arrived at our table it smelled and looked amazing! I could not wait to dig in. Sadly the lasagna was a let down. It was soft and mushy and could not tell what part of the layers I was eating. The sauce would have been perfect if it was not so greasy. The chicken was ok. Nothing special I’m afraid…@ $20.00 I was hoping for something better than Olive Garden. The manger Jeff did stop and encouraged us to come back and give them another try and did take the entries off our check. Hoping our next visit is much more pleasing !
Super good eats! We will for sure be back… and the service was spot on!
excellent food and service
