Small kid with slim slim face badgered me to order my ice cream when I clearly was deep into contemplation looking down at all the flavors. Once I picked my flavor he scooped half a scoop and ignored me when I asked politely for a cone. Afterwards, he stuck the cup directly on top of a big glob of ice cream and left it on the counter. He left it there instead of handing it to me and I had to tell the cashier where it was. Finally, I observed small kid with slim slim face squeegeeing the counter with sanitizing water and the sanitizing water just falling in the ice cream flavors.
Just was at Baskin-Robbins. I took my daughter in for her birthday treat. The two young guys who helped us were very nice and courteous. The store was clean and organized. Seems that cleanliness procedures were being followed. I usually notice when they aren’t. I was happy to come here for a special occasion and I would come back again. Their ice cream cakes are expensive but look and taste amazing!
Tonight’s experience was less than ok. Long wait bad attitude from the employees. Everything I ordered was met with ok, sigh anything else, is that it etc. i get that it was a crazy busy night but customer service in these situations is what keeps people coming back or going somewhere else.Past experiences have been lack luster but the ice cream is some of our favorites and why keeps us coming back. However interactions like these can only be overcome for so long.If things don’t change our next visit maybe our last.
I was served by a young gentleman I believe his name was Nick, I ordered a banana split and he not only made an exceptional banana split but he also delivered top quality customer service. I will definitely be coming back :)
Lately at night they have been closing early. Maybe u should change your hours of operation so people don't come when you are close
I love it!! The only catch is that their flavors of the month rotate out. They got rid of two, and they were my favorite!! Still great though

Bleh cold stone tastes way better. Haven’t had baskin in years so tried it and the ice cream was flavorless and also tasted not fresh, freezer burn-like. Also one tiny scoop with added sprinkles was 6$
Wow! We ordered at the drive-thru and you could sense her “smile” just by the tone of her voice. The ice cream was delicious but it was the service that was over the top!
“It’s not covid safe to give out samples” but we can definitely not wear masks and stick our arms in the icecream ? great stuff 10/10 best comedy.
