Stopped to get a smoothie. We were told that they open at 11 but won't serve anyone until well after 11:45am because they're alone to setup, quite fascinating.

Customer service is nonexistent and the ice cream tasted spoiled. I will always pass over this location and head straight to DQ! When I spoke to the crew they were clueless on how to rectify the situation and I was treated like I did not matter. The mint chocolate chip ice cream did not taste like mint chocolate chip at all! So I left my half eaten ice cream right there and did not receive something else or my money back! Thanks for a terrible experience!
Gave me iccreme wth no bottom half and the girl with pink hair suuuucked and was really mean worst consumer service ever????
I ordered something around 830pm on 10/17/19 and the driver got there to order at 8:40pm. She said sorry everything was frozen and they couldn’t make what I ordered. When I called she was very rude. Would not tell me who the manager was and then hung up when I asked for her name. I have since called 6 times and they are still open. She proceeded to also tell me they were closed and it was 8:50pm. She refused to give a store number and would not state who ran the store either. Very careless and does not care about customers or customer service. This lady was ridiculously rude and obviously doesn’t care about her job. I’ll figure out what I need to know and I expect her to not have a job. As the owner of 3 companies I don’t see how you could have someone like that working there. Honestly one of the top 5 works customer service experiences I have ever had.
Great spot for a little treat! They have pretty good size selection and as always they deliver on the delish. Sherbert is also a must try at this location. Great staff, always fast and accurate.
Great place to stop by for a cold treat. Not usually busy during the day and the ice cream cakes are good.

Always have what you want here and everything tasted great. I'd say most people like ice cream and this place has the best selection. I'm sure this place will start being packed all to soon with the nice weather.
Today was the 3rd time in 2 weeks that I was unable to purchase my granddaughter a cone because once again no one was available to serve us. I have been able to make a purchase here once in the past 6 months . Horrible management, thankfully dairy queen has people working.
