Ordered a cake online yesterday to be picked up today and when my friend went in to pick up the cake for me the girl that was working was extremely rude and said that they didn’t have it. She didn’t even attempt to figure out what may have been going on like if we were at the wrong location or what (which we weren’t) My friend went outside and contacted me and I sent her my confirmation and bank statement that had this locations number on it and when she went back in the girl said “I already told you we don’t have your cake” another guy came in and my friend explained what was going on and it took him less than 5 seconds to go get the cake from the freezer.

I came into the store to order 2 choc shakes and the worker replied “really, 2 shakes”. Then was completely annoyed because I ordered 2 more ice creams. Not to mention one of the shakes was vanilla and both shakes consistency was like chocolate milk. Rude workers, bad shakes. Do not recommend
Was out of the flavor I Door Dashed, so they substituted with probably the worst flavor and gave me 2 sizes smaller. Maybe call next time to see what someone wants substituted.
Love this location! They give nice BIG scoops! The GPS on here needs to be updated tho. Google maps took me to someone's house when I put it in the GPS.
Nice and peaceful at the time we visited. The crew was helpful and the snacks delicious.It's just behind Carl's Jr on stetson hills.
Horrible service, the short girl with the long hair is rude, I placed a 50 dollar order and sge was so rude immediately saying that I ordered 12 things and I said no I ordered 5 things. She then said that it would take 10 mins because she was suddenly bombarded with orders. We watched 4 people walk into the store and watched her go around the counter to have a full blown conversation with these people after making their order before my order I placed for pickup 20 mins prior. She's a very rude person, my husband said she's probably under the influence of something because her behavior is very strange. We just came here last week and had 2 very incredible ppl help us out. Very sad

This place is horrible! Whoever the manager is here needs work!!! Your establishment looks disgusting, the employees know nothing about customer service. That’s not them, they are only as good as you train them. I have already reached out to your corporate office, I hope they come in and give you a lesson on running a business.
They don't do the 31st of the month deals like Baskin Robbins every where else.
The young gentleman that helped us was very friendly and patient with the grandkids. At ages 5 & 7 there was so much for them to chose from. He was smiling the entire time. Will be back.
