Three stars for the inconvenience. Ice cream is great. Ordered four sundaes- 2 1 scoop and 2 2 scoop. I received three 2 scoops. I'm not separating ice cream for teenagers- that is why I ordered it individual. What a joke to hand two teenagers one ice cream cup and say, "here, share."

Milkshake was about as runny as the diarrhea it gave me……… but in all seriousness… the shake was basically chocolate milk. It sucked.
Went today (6/14/22) and got good service from the curly-haired girl but the other girl there wearing a gray sweatshirt was completely rude to myself and others. I watched her roll her eyes at a customer for misunderstanding her due to not knowing English well, and she looked totally irritated to even be there.
The owners (little Korean couple) are super sweet, and they had the flavor of ice cream I absolutely love that I can't seem to find at other Baskin-Robbins locations in Springs.The location is kinda sketchy, but the restaurant is great!

After a rough morning I went to Baskin Robbins around 11 on a Sunday and the woman who helped me was a ray of sunshine. She was friendly and efficient. Made a grumpy day a much brighter days
I wish I could give no stars The Hispanic girl you have working at 4 PM on February 9 is extremely disrespectful did not greet me when I walked in I don’t care if I’m a door dash or who I am I am I guest She wouldn’t even hand me the customers order she just stared at me and set it on the counter. Extremely disrespectful. Do yourself a favor and do not visit this location!!!

Called this afternoon (Sunday) to order a cake. Was told I would have to call back at 8:30pm and speak to the manager to order. When I called back and spoke to the manager, she asked when I wanted to pick up. I told her Tuesday evening. This is 48 hrs notice. She told me tomorrow is already Monday and so I should just come pick out a pre-made cake. When in told her I wanted to just order one, she told me no. Lol. Terrible customer service.
Was going to stop here for some ice cream but after reading reviews....will never spend money here.
