Great date night experience with a friendly staff. I would recommend coming during the week if possible for a quieter vibe, but for sure one of my favorite distilleries in the Colorado Springs area!

I’ve been here a couple of times and had my fair share of Axe and the Oak in my personal time. Everyone I’ve ever met has always been fantastic. From ordering drinks, to picking up limited bottles and merch, I look forward to many more years!

Okay so get this… My girlfriend leaves her purse at the bar on New Year’s Eve. It happens. They are closed for the next couple of days, I get ahold of the owner because she needs her car keys etc… this guy goes to his whiskey house, picks it up, and personally drives it to my house to drop it off. I don’t think I will ever buy another whiskey that isn’t Axe and Oak. The most genuine and great experience I have ever had! Casey I appreciate you brother!
Axe and the Oak is our favorite spot in Colorado Springs. The drinks are phenomenal and the service is always of the highest quality. Home to the very best whiskey. We always come for the drinks, but stay for the bartender’s mullets.
Always have delicious drinks and super friendly service here! Bartenders are super knowledgeable and always willing to make you something based on your preferences if you’re not sure about what’s on the menu
Love this place. The cocktails are on point. Highly recommend bartender's whim. The bartenders are the best. You can tell they love working here.
Great drinks! I recommend the smoked tabbaco old fashioned. They often have live music. Smoking (cigars/cigarettes) is allowed outside in the back where they have extra seating and cornhole.
