Yum. It’s so hard to find decent food places in the Springs. Atmosphere does a great job of providing consistently good food that isn’t too pretentious for us yoga pant wearing, hair in a ball cap kind of gals. Everything I’ve tried has been awesome. They even let us special order the bulgogi on top of their super delicious kale salad. So good. The service has always been top notch too. Would definitely recommend for a low key night out.
It's one of my very favorite places! The food is unique and delicious! One of my favorite things is the roasted brussel sprouts with sausage and an egg on top. Tuna Tartare is a great appetizer. And speaking of happy hour, I love that they give a discount on their house wines, beers, and appetizers. Brunch is also a great experience here, with the menu changing regularly. I've also enjoyed dinner here while live music is being played. The decor is fun and trendy with a huge u-shaped bar in the middle. The staff are extremely helpful and provide fast service. It's nice to sit at the bar on the big comfy stools and enjoy an appetizer and a drink. Be sure and make a reservation because they can get very busy in the evenings, especially on weekends. But, bar seating is first-come first-served, and you don't need a reservation for that.
We love Atmosphere! Sophisticated pub food that is eclectic and delicious. We LOVE the people that work there too! Great service and amazing food … and delightful atmosphere!
The food was great, the service was horrible. This is my second time visiting. The food is fantastic, 10/10. The service is horrible. Last I checked, this is not Dicks Last Resort. The service was horrible from start to finish. Our party reserved 3 tables, we arrived and instantly we were given a hard time for sitting at one of our tables. Then our waiter took two whole drinks to our table, when we asked about the others he replied “I only have two hand”. This was after watching our drinks sit at the bar for 20 minutes. Then our food arrived, no cutlery. Took 15 minutes to get cutlery to eat the now cold food. Ordered more drinks, again 15 or so minutes sitting at the bar. Throughout the night, the attitude was horrible, it was almost like it was a joke.
Stevie and staff are phenomenal and consistent. The gastropub strives on mixing it up and trying new things. Even catering to customer requests in the name of a special moment! If you don’t at least try this place, you’re truly missing out at one of the gems in Colorado Springs.
I am currently at Atmosphere Gastropub. This is the best kept secret of the Springs! I met the chef/owner & he is very nice. The staff are friendly & amazing. The food is phenomenal! I had the lobster roll today which was amazing! They were not skimpy with the amount of lobster, which was nice. The prime rib breakfast burrito was the best we’ve ever had! The steak bulgogi sandwich was to die for! I truly cannot pick a favorite because it’s all delicious. The prime rib breakfast burrito is my favorite breakfast item so far. They only do brunch on Sundays.
Made the mistake of not making a reservation thinking the snow would keep people away, totally not the case! Waited in the car until spots opened up in the bar, they were even nice enough to call us about them!The drinks were great, a server overheard us as we discussed what we were going to eat and recommended I add shrimp to the carbonara- good call! It definitely elevated something that was already delicious!Live music was a plus, this is a place I will go back to a lot!
The gnocchi dish is very hearty with a generous amount of meat sauce. This dish is robust and filling but does not sit heavy in the stomach!The baked Brie is the perfect combo of sweet, heat, and gooey deliciousness. Don’t be afraid of the habanero- the spice level is just enough to wake you up as you’re going for another bite with the grilled ciabatta. I’ve been to Atmosphere quite a few times and have never had a bad dish, but these top my list ?
Decided to try this place out as my mom moved to the area. We were greeted by a pleasant and super friendly host team. After sitting at the bar the bartenders were very attentive and who I assume is the manager stepping in to see how we were doing! Great flavors in all the food and good wine selection! I will definitely return!
