My husband and I try this place couple days ago. It's been a long time since last time we had it and wanna try it again. We decided to dine-in, server wasn't to welcoming and friendly. He served our drinks, served our food, THAT IS IT. He didn't even bother to refill our drinks nor ask how was the food. Same thing with other tables that he handle we got the same treatment. Our food was served warm. I had the Mac and cheese with tenders I RECOMMEND TO NEVER order this dish, such a waste of money. Sauce needs more seasoning, the one I had only had a little sauce not even enough to coat the pasta, WAY TOO BLAND. My husband had the ribs which is alright. Server forgot to even serve our side dish and never got it.Never again, we are so disappointed that we don't wanna come back. Waste of money...Also, the FOH is not busy, dine-in was slow we got there around 9pm and our server tall skinny guy is to busy chit-chatting with co-workers. If you have time to talk to your coworker maybe you can do the same to your customers. Just saying..
Great hostess, very personable and friendly. Was a bit of a wait, but there was a large group of us. Waiter was a very nice and patient young man. He did a good job with all of us having separate tickets. Food was very good. First time there for me, I will be back.
I’m not normally a fan of Applebees, so having their delivery exceed my expectations was amazing!I do live only a couple of miles away, but everything arrived fresh and hot.and CHECK OUT THAT BURGER! I put the top in it and it all laid together beautifully. This is probably one of the best burgers I have had in awhile.The chicken and shrimp combo was ok, I thought I ordered steak but I didn’t (so that was on me) The mashed potatoes could use a bit more flavor/ salt.I love their spinach artichoke dip, and that did not disappoint.(Delivery- DoorDash)
I've never had a bad experience at this location. Food is always great and ready before my scheduled pickup time. I was here yesterday, somebody picked up for probably 10 people and my food was still ready within 20 minutes of order time. The guy that served both of us was awesome, he literally sprinted to get us or food. KEEP IT UP!
I haven't been to an Applebee's for awhile. I went there for lunch with hubby. Our server was the bartender Shawn. He has a good sense of humor. My hubby and his coworkers are regulars there, so he knows what my hubby normally gets. The service was great, food was good, and the place was clean. Really nothing to complain.
Always great service and delicious food!!Yevgeniya is the best waitress ever!! We love her❤️ ??Alek is now another favorite waiter of ours. Their service and food is always consistently good ????
The waitress was amazing! She accommodated my kids when they wanted something from the adult menu, went above and beyond when my kiddo spilt a drink all over our table, she was readily available at pretty much all times, the food was great. Someone mixed up my order with another table but she accommodated by making sure I got the right order. It was just the best experience I've ever had at any Applebee's! I will bring my entire family back!
We where the first people to get seated down and four other people got seated downafter us and they all got there drinks and food before us. Then when talked to the manager about it she said they are short staff but I said others got there food before us. The got our food right there and the noodles was not cooked, sons steak was raw and my burger was burnt and very dry. They all had an attitude when we told them about what was going on.
The burger was decent, the service that's why they are getting five stars. Something about southern hospitality that you really find in the springs is very refreshing. Not that Applebee's is a southern chain but they hire the right people! The waitress made my family and me feel welcome and provided for all of our needs. We'll definitely come back again again!
Kaylen, the bartender, was a great host. Very attentive and friendly. The food was hot and tasty.The beer, ice cold. Will definitely return.
