A&W

We were served by a very rude lady who called us stupid and laughed at us for asking what type of container the gallon of root beer came in and you have a very rude nasty attitude the whole time. She didn't even make my freeze right, I'm pretty sure she mixed it with some other type of sids because it taste like sprite or something. I'm very upset. Would not go back to this one again

Steven Cole was the manager on duty when we went to eat. He helped us get everything figured out, took our order, and was very patient with us as we took a while (we had a big group) Thank you Steven for all the help! You made our Father's Day lunch perfect!

Just like all the A&Ws in Colorado Springs you can't eat inside. Only 2 people working in the entire place. Food took forever and had to go back through the drive thru because when they brought it out I didn't have my drinks. Got my drinks and there was no ice.

Third A&W restaurant i went to. Third lobby closed. I don't want to order online nor do i want to go through drive through. I was hoping to have at least one colorado springs location have open doors with a lobby i could at least do take out from. But alas no such luck. Even though google says dine in is an option it is not. All these locations have lost my business. Both today. And permanently

Tried to drive through at 545pm on a Friday night and was told it would be a 40 minute wait for any food to be prepared. Not a good way to operate a fast food business.

Went to drive thru at this location and got attitude because I asked for straws after the attendant already closed the window on me. Then had to wait for my order after rude treatment.

Just close it down horrible you can't order inside worker told me drive thru only. I have a semi truck staying in hotel near walking distance. Gonna loose business believe the reviews when u see them

Not a huge fan of KFC or A&W, but it nice to get a KFC chicken sandwich and a cold A&W at the same place.

I decided to eat here because I haven't had A & W forever and I wanted to save a bit of time on supper. That wasn't the case here. Took a bit of time to order, but I had to change my order because of time cooking one of the items I wanted. The drive through waitress informed me the chicken wouldn't be ready for 9-10 minutes so I decided to go with a burger, which the waitress didn't say anything about wait time on this. I completed my order, drove to the window, paid for the order, and was informed that it would take a bit to cook fresh burgers. I was ok with it because I figured fresh was ok and burgers shouldn't take long. I pulled up in the parking lot to wait...and wait...and wait. It was about 20 minutes before I got my food and it was definitely not fresh. I had already paid so I couldn't do anything about that, but it was not great at all. The food was warm rather than hot and the fries and rings were warm as well. This seemed to be a trend at the place because they didn't have anyone inside the restaurant, but there were other cars going through the drive through then sitting and waiting in the parking lot after ordering. There were six of us waiting before I got my food. The waitress was polite apologizing for not having this or that, but the service was pretty terrible.

Ordered a chicken sandwich and they had my order ready as soon as I pulled up to window, that should of been the first red flag , this place does not make there chicken fresh, the chicken was like shoe leather and extremely disappointing. Will not be back
