After waiting for 15 minutes for our food it was all cold still when we got it. Cheese wasn’t even melted. Very disappointed in the service and quality of the food.

They have a big drive-through window sign that says “if you don’t get your receipt, your meal is free” we did not receive a receipt from the person that brought our food out and she told us “we did and it was placed in our bag” …we checked our bags there was no receipt she said “ok I’ll go print you one” and did NOT refund our meal. So FALSE advertising. I don’t usually leave bad reviews but lying to your customers is rough. Not to mention we had to wait 15 mins for our food and the lady who ran out the food forgot one of our drinks.

Came here hoping to be able to order some food in store to go like the pre covid days. Turns out lobby is closed and has been for many months. Even though google says it is open it lies. Same with the store itself doors are locked with no indication of why. Thankfully there is an in and out next door that i can walk into and get my food to go.And in the time i was sitting in the parking lot writing this review at least 4 other groups of people also went to in and out because of the lack of being able to enter the lobby
If you're going to have a combined store you should have better numbers. I shouldn't order a burger and get chicken that tastes like garbage. Doesn't help that nothing got said back and I choose not to eat while I drive.
The service is good people are friendly. However their food the burger was terrible no seasoning too much lettuce falling out all over the place my bun was soggy! I ask for well-done bacon got soggy bacon they just sucked. Except for the cheese curds I mean what!!!!! How do you half a** your work?
Asked for extra pickles and only got 4.
Tried for the first time and have some mixed feelings. The service was great, the person at the drive thru confirmed my order and was very friendly. The fries were hot and crispy but I didn't care for the seasoning on the burger. Root beer was perfect but chocolate shake was subpar. Would definitely stop here again for some root beer but not sure about the food.
Waited for an order for far too long and had to try to call 3+ times for them to even answer and the lady wasn’t even trying to care about doing her job… still waiting here
