I have been going here for years and my family and I just love it. The people are even very familiar with us and know exactly what we want when we arrive. This is a great place to eat for lunch or dinner and we travel from far just to eat here. Jess!
This Chinese place is a rip off for a $20 bowl the size of the bowl is way smaller than any other Mongolian place I have been to.Even for my kid who's 11 years old I had to pay $20 for a single bowl. That didn't even taste good and he couldn't eat it.Any similar bowl place could cost 10-12 dollars Max.Utensils were dirty & the place was dark to find out the condition of food & utensils.
I absolutely love this place, its one of my favorite spots. The food always hits the spot and never disappoints! #YummyInMyTummy
Honestly, I've been coming here 27 or 28 years. We drive all the way down from Arvada to eat here. This time for my birthday. We've always enjoyed the food and we used to love Sue before she retired. Very little has changed. But what has changed is the service. Service has never really been good, but it's just abysmal now. $46 for two people to eat and you literally have to chase down the waitress to get anything. If you ask for more Rice cake, they'll tell you they're out but bring some to the next table. Waitresses do not voluntarily stop by, you have to flag them to beg for napkins or more rice (I hate doing that). It feels like they start closing the place down at 6pm when they close at 9pm. They try so hard not to give you the things you want to be able to enjoy your meal that it really does ruin it entirely. They never fail to come up and pretend to do something at the register while you're paying the bill, In an effort to make you leave a better tip though. The manager asks if everything was good, you mention the bad service and he just pretends he didn't hear it. It's all just awful now, after almost 3 decades and hundreds of visits, maybe thousands of referrals, this was the last. All good things must come to an end I guess...and it's very sad.
This place is delightful! I went there to get takeaway. I didn't have Mongolian BBQ, but my coworker did and he said it was good. I had Sesame Chicken & Shrimp, and it was great, plus it was a lot of food! Good value!
Absolute fire! If you are looking for a special one-of-a kind eating experience this is it. Beats Hu-Hut and the service is caring and tremendous. My favorite eating spot in Denver metro and maybe anywhere in 43 years of life.
The whole family loves this place. We’ve been coming here for 25 years. The food is consistently good and cooked to perfection. Can’t say enough, definitely five stars.
The experience was underwhelming at best. The selection and presentation of the meats and veggies/sides for the Mongolian grill dinner option was subpar compared to other more reputable chains. The meats are thinly sliced and mostly frozen, no fresh meats here. No seafood options at all. The veggie selection is lacking with no variety whatsoever, 2 people in my party tasted mold in the cabbage and did not continue eating their plates. The sauces are watered down and lack the flavors one would expect. As a result, I would not recommend this place nor will I be coming back.
Are you in the mood for something different. Look no further. All. All you can eat Mongolian dinner Even a single bowl lunch this is the place to get your grub on.
It pains me to post a bad public review based on a delivery order but I couldn't find a way to message the restaurant directly. I ordered delivery tonight and maybe Yuan Palace is just a place you go in person or not at all.The crab wontons have no noticeable crab in them (I looked), my entrée was supposed to have house sauce but I don't taste any sauce at all and the soup is hot orange water with 2 wontons floating in it. Everything is so meh and bland I'm actually annoyed that I paid to have this delivered.Honestly that might be on me. The atmosphere, the staff, and being there in person might make up for the food version of TV static on the plate in front of me. But honestly you shouldn't offer delivery if the food isn't great on its own.
