I highly try and avoid fast food, but my son and I needed a quick bite to eat before going to a fishing spot and stopped here. This place reminds me of why I avoid fast food places, the customer service was poor. I drove up to the window and said hello and was responded with a my total. There was no verbal communication after that even after I said have a nice day. I was a chef in a restraunt for 3 years and several years in customer service, So I am picky about customer service. This can make or break a company, unfortunately for a large chain there is no expectation of excellence cause people will always comeback and feed the beast because of convenience. And since the 2 people that helped me, both did not have any communication skills which would lead to say the manager in this establishment is poorly trained and shouldn't be in a position of training people to do the same bad habits. Other then that the food was fast food not much to expect in quality or taste its fast food.

One of the drink machines was malfunctioning so we couldn't use it. There was an audible alarm going off for the longest time. The place was in need of a good deep cleaning, which apparently costs extra these days.

The worst Wendy's I have ever been to. And I have been there several times always a bad experience. It pains me to say this about Wendy's because I live 30 minutes from their headquarters in Dublin Ohio and have always liked Wendy's. But this particular one is terrible!1. The soda machines are almost always out of half the selections2. Last time I was there the cash registers weren't working you had to use the kiosk.3. Today the AC was not on it was over 90° outside and scorching hot inside.4. The counter where the straws and napkins are was totally filthy ketchup smeared everywhere5. The receipt I got was illegible it was a worthless receipt you couldn't even make out what was on it.6. In the past I've stopped there several times during the day and the lobby is closed. This is way after covid. I'm talking March and April of 2022.The regional manager needs to look into this store!

Went there this morning at 7:52 a.m. for a breakfast sandwich. I couldn't understand the girl. I thought she said to pull up after I ordered. So when I got there the manager guy opened the window and right away was rude and said " she told you to wait ". I didn't understand what she sais. That was not my fault. There was no reason for that attitude. He was completely rude.I will never go to that location again. Very disappointed.

Worst Wendy's that i have been to. The manager (Isaiah we learned) that was on the speaker was rude and sounded like he was sleeping and had better things to do. Took us about 10 mins to make it to the window with only 3 cars in front of us. Once we got our food they practically threw the drinks at us. When they handed me the bags and i started to check my food the girl at the window told me to get off her clock and if i wanted to check my food i needed to do it somewhere else because they were "hell of busy" when i refused to move and asked for the manager she refused but eventually another girl went to get him. He wasnt any better and saw nothing wrong with their service or attitude. Save your time and go somewhere else.

Come here yesterday on a quick break for a 4 for 4 and dimwit in the drive thru tells me they don’t offer 4 for 4 anymore all of a sudden and forces me to buy the biggie Bag for $6 after tax, probably because they are doing terrible financially and trying to stay afloat (read the news) . Pretty rude when I asked him about it, must be so hard at Wendy’s. Not about the $6 but just the way they think they can get more money from people us absurd !

I got food poisoning from them which hospitalized me on 5/18/2022. I called to report it on 5/20. Instead of even apologizing, they said it could not have been them and that it was something else i ate. It was the only thing i ate within a 16 hour span and was sick within 2.5 hours after. I dont want money or free food. I just was doing the right thing and reporting it. They treated me like i was stupid.

I am from out of town and all I had was a $100.00 bill. The amazing gentleman, Robin, who was at the window told me he did not have enough change. That was the only money I had on me. He then said that since I was polite, that the order was "on him" and he paid for my order. Even though it was only $21.85, his kindness is something that the world needs more of. I'm beyond humbled by his generosity and I hope that it does not go unnoticed but those above him. Thank you Robin!!!

Mediocre food, which is what you'd expect from a fast food joint. However, when there are more than 3 people in the restaurant during open hours, I would expect them to be open. We were told they were "closed due to low staffing"... There were at least 6 kids in there at 10:30 PM, over an hour before close. Managers, if I were you, I wouldn't pay your employees for the last 2 hours of the day today ?‍♂️

I work nearby and have to eat here often as there is a limited time period for my lunch. I am disappointed 9 out of ten times. The fries are always cold! Drive thru is the slowest I think I've ever seen.
