I just came here to pick up a smoothie and the two teenage kids in the bag looked at each other and said “nope I’m not doing it”. Then, proceeded to call a girl to the front to help me. The smoothie, was very good though. Customer service needs done work though. Apparently, you need a manager present for high school kids to act right.
I helped open the first Tropical Smoothie in Colorado and I popped in a couple days ago for the first time in years and the quality has not only stayed the best but has actually gotten better ! They definitely keep up their quality standards. Super low key chill vibes here ??

I had the Detox Island Green smoothie. So many interesting menu options, it took a few mins decide what I wanted.
The wrap had no j*** sauce in it, so it was super dry AND A bag clip was found inside of my j*** chicken wrap. I would give them zero stars if I could.
This is the first time I had to throw away food. The wrap had red onions, which in allergic to and it made it way too spicy. There was nothing to state the type of onion or that it would be spicy.The smoothie wasn't even mixed properly as at one point, I sucked up the powdered add ins through the straw. It was awful.
I went early in the morning, had bought 2 mango magic smoothies. When I actually tasted them they tasted like water. I went back in to kindly ask them to have them be remade. Girl takes the drinks throws in trash and starts remaking them. Another girl packs the smoothies in a bag and leaves them on the counter. The customer service was trash as well as there products.
So clean, so kind, so fresh.
We really enjoyed our stop! The smoothies were delicious, the entire store was clean and inviting, and the staff and management went above and beyond to provide a great experience. We will be back!
Smoothie was incredibly watered down with barely any flavor. Other places nearby are better options.
