Very very very small portions. The dinner combo has less food than the lunch combo. More rice than food. Gave 2 stars because the food is good, but don’t waste your money if you are hungry. Most Chinese places at least give you portions that are worth the price. This isn’t one of those places. $25 for 2 meals that are small. No value for the money at all.
For good Americanised Chinese food, Thai Panda is a recent find of ours in southeast Aurora. The General Tso chicken was on point with crispy breading, and a sweet, mild hot sauce with the perfect savory, stickiness. The Pad Thai lacked some of the traditional ingredients, resulting in a simple and underwhelming dish. In all fairness, I wouldn't normally get something like Pad Thai from a place like this and if you stick with the basic American style Chinese selections you won't be disappointed. Overall though some enjoyable comfort food for a decent price and with delivery. Mar 2022
The food never disappoints. Once again 5 stars on quality of food and service
Placed an order at around 4 pm, received a confirmation email and delivery time estimate 90 minutes). I called 10 minutes after the ETA, and they could see the order total, but said they never got the order. Proceeded to say the wait with orders in front of us would be at least another hour. No apology, no offer for future credit. I cancelled the order; they will not get any future business from me.
New favorite comfort food from our neighbors at Thai Panda: Pineapple Chicken Thai Curry. Mao suggested it one time & my family eats it now for breakfast, lunch & dinner. Balanced w/just the right amount of sweet, salty, spicy & al dente veggies w/tender chicken. YUM!
WOW. Top of the line quality. Not one items we got wasn't cooked to perfection. Every sauce was amazing, no mistakes with the order, and was delivered quickly and hot. My wife and I just moved to the area and we have zero urge to order from any other Asian restaurant nearby. We're blown away.
Why is this place called thai panda? Just cause they have pad thai? Jeez it’s 90% Chinese food
I have been coming here since I moved to Aurora 12 years ago. They have great food, great customer service, and great prices. The lunch deals are amazing. You get twice the amount of food you would get somewhere else. I definitely recommend Thai Panda.
We had never tried Thai Panda, but took a chance tonight. So glad we did! It was ready in 20 minutes (ordered at 5p)! Sometimes the sauces can be heavy or overwhelming, and fried menu items are thick and full of oil. Not theirs! Crab wontons are light and crispy, main dishes have just the right amount of sauce as to still taste vegetables. This is our new go to!
Our new favorite place! We had Sesame Chicken, Egg Drop soup, and Fried rice... even my seven year old year old loved it.
