I went in to pickup an online order and the sweet lady working there (I regret not getting her name) greeted me with the biggest smile on her face, quite frankly if made my day a little better. On top of that, this is absolutely one of the best subway sandwiches I’ve ever had.

Neat and clean appearance. Courteous staff helped with order as requested. I loved the Sriracha extra spicy sauce with chicken Teriyaki. Fast service.
Extremely long wait in early afternoon. Only 2 girls working. Sandwiches ok.
Gene is wonderful! He has made our sandwiches the last two times we've been in and each time he's left us with a smile. He has a great, friendly and hardworking attitude. I can honestly say he's the reason we'll be coming back. He truly is an asset for the store! Thanks Gene!

OK, Subway does not have the greatest sub in town, but it's good, fresh food. What I do like is the online ordering service, it has been flawless in my experience, the orders have been correct and right on time. The text message that your order is ready is appreciated. The people working at the Arapahoe location have been very friendly and helpful. I always leave some $ in the tip jar.
I was craving Subway and this one happened to be near; it was my first time stopping at this location. I was SO disappointed! This place was Unacceptably Unsanitary and a Mess! Before ordering, I made the decision to walk out.

Hands down the worst Subway I've ever been to. So bad, it made me want to avoid Subway all together from now on. Placed online order for pick up. Got there at pick up time, employee was cleaning, didn't even bother to look up to greet me. When I finally called for their attention, my order wasn't ready at all, and asked us to come back later. Come back later, got home with our food and literally EVERY sandwich was wrong! Like not even CLOSE to what we ordered wrong. Never again.
