This place is always a hit or miss, employees are either super nice or super rude. I underwear have bad days but take a personal day if you need to. Don’t go around spreading your negativity to others or just get a different job if you need to.

I absolutely love coming here! The drinks are the best out of all the Starbucks locations in the area. The people here are so nice and most of all I am a big fan of Jason! He goes above and beyond, always happy and smiling! He truly makes this place wonderful!
They are sooooo nice in the drive through. We are from out of town visiting for the weekend. We stopped every morning and got really great service from every person that helped us. Thank you.
Perfect! A barista here took my poorly made drink I picked up at another location and made it again, no charge. I tried to pay, but he told me no, that starbucks in general, is always there for their customers. Such a kind gesture.
Slowest drive thru Starbucks. If you’re in a rush don’t come here. They also don’t make drinks consistently the same.
4/29/22-Average for a Starbucks. Burnt coffee, overpriced, food pack lacking. Servers seemed nice enough and that is why I gave them 2 stars instead of one. This one needs more seating that is closer to the ground. When we got there all the low seating was gone and the high top table is not ADA friendly.
Coffee was great and food, but I’ve never handed someone a tip and they don’t even say thank you. Guy in the speaker this morning was great, girl at the window not so much..
Staff is always friendly. Drive through line is consistently shorter than other location making it easier to be in and out quickly.
As soon as I entered I got on my phone to open my Starbucks app and an employee approached me very rudely to tell me they were closing in 10 mins I said okay I went about to order and payed then this employee then comes to tell me they can’t warm my pastry because they already turned off their things so I said okay left and called as I didn’t get his name so called he answered the phone as Josh when I asked again for his name he was hesitant then told me Ron instead. I’ve come here before and people where nice but this was not like before very rude…. The other lady employee was very sweet unlike the guy there. He got mad when two other customers walked in right before they closed as we were getting ready to leave… drinks were a little off as well I could have probably gone to the Starbucks further down and had better experience…
This is my favorite starbucks in all Colorado I actually live in Montbello but I like coming to this starbucks because the staff is so friendly in here specially one of the ladies that work in there. I think her name is Miria or somethink like that she makes do coffee just as i like it. the best starbucks in colorado overall
