You know what to expect when you're going to Starbucks. So in context, this is a brand new location, large, plenty of seating, and friendly staff compared to some other places.
I wish they would fix the app to reflect oat milk , so one can order on the app with ease . Other locations do not have this problem. It’s like two months now .
Get the orders right people, my grandson's chocolate tasted a bit like coffee, not sweat at all he is 7years old all he wanted was a hot chocolate. You almost always skimp on the tea powder and or sweetener. You are charging for the drinks they are not cheap.nor free
Rude shift manager this morning! (Around 11:30am Feb 28.) She is the one who came to the counter, didn’t say hi, didn’t ask if I wanted anything in my coffee, acted totally put out when I then asked for cream, stomped around like she was angry at the world (or just hates her job), and pretty much put a super sour vibe on this Starbucks today. Sad, because this has been one of my favorites. Not any more.
I’ve been visiting this Starbucks for a while! Only had a mess-up once or twice. Maybe new staff but the service seems to have gone down considerably. Food was cold and drink was luke warm. I ordered the egg bites and a grande vanilla latte which tasted more like creamer than coffee :(
Everytime I order a drink here it's made wrong. The cashier tonight didn't give me a hot sleeve for my hot drink, repeat my order back to me, or tell me what kinda drink she was handing me either. At least she was polite. Definitely not a bad drink. Tastes like what it's supposed to be just not what I ordered. Thanks for reading.
Friendly staff, great drinks, and a pleasant atmosphere. A wonderful Starbucks to hang with a friend, do work, and just make a quick stop. A wonderful neighborhood establishment, come check it out.
Disappointed in this location over the last month. One, they've stopped giving sleeves for hot beverages in the drive thru. I have to ask for one every time now. You can feel the heat through the cups, thus the reason you have sleeves. Two, a couple weeks ago I ordered the apple crisp macchiato. The apple flavoring was expired. It smelled rotten and I had to ask them to make another one. Still smelled rotten. Three, today I got someone's mobile order while I was in the drive-thru. Same drink but smaller size. I didn't notice until I was already gone. So I paid for a grande but got a tall. I've gone to this location for years, and have never received such terrible service. Hoping management will see this and make some adjustments.
It was a cold, windy day. I grabbed my old 1960s checkers game board, picked up my 9yo grandson after school, and went directly to Starbucks for their delicious hot chocolate, some snowman cookies and several games of checkers. The 'Star-staff' was friendly and welcoming. We settled in with our treats feeling right at home..... this will be our new go-to all winter long, Thank you Starbucks!
I ordered through the drive through a Venti Iced Caramel macchiato with extra drizzle, it’s a staple here. And very easy to make, it’s majority milk.I had to repeat my order twice, they assumed I wanted it hot. So they already weren’t listening well.I often take pictures of my coffee show my friends etc.It was about 6:44pm and she handed me the iced macchiato and I at first glance could tell something was different about it but carried on because I had other errands to run.You can see a lighter colored syrup on the side of the cup which I’ve NEVER seen when ordering this drink of the past decade drinking it.It looks like someone didn’t want to start over so they tried covering up their mistake on one of the easier drinks to make there. It definitely tastes off and not the same.If I didn’t live farther down the street I would have gone back and complained in person considering they should have made it correctly in the first place. The pic on the left is how it’s supposed to look when you stir it with the straw, the pic on the right is the one they messed up last night. I don’t want to go back to this location anymore seeing that they can’t do a simple job.
