I went at like 6 there were 2 workers the guy taking my order was really nice and I had no problem. Yet this girl was was kinda rude and I got my drink and so did my friend our drinks tasted weird so I asked my friend if hers did she said yea and then our stomachs started hurting so we threw it the experience was bad.
Horrible. My order wasn't even filled for 30 minutes while all the app orders piled up

-8:06am enter mobile order-8:20 ask staff if they have my order (they have lost it before blaming the printer..)-they insist i didnt order til 8:17-i show the receipt that i ordered at 8:06-they say keep on waiting-8:30 they call for sean and im so excited-its a different sean-8:37 i ask (again) did you lose my order? As someone who ordered after me gets hers-they say heres your order (some barista placed it without saying my name)-worst macchiato ive ever had. Guessing they made it poorly cuz i asked twice if they lost my order.Over 30 minutes to get a $7 cup of coffee that is by far the worst I’ve ever had……Never again Himalaya Starbucks

This is my favorite Starbucks. I like to change up my order and get it customized to my liking. The baristas know how to get my order right. They follow Starbucks standards. I don’t get a coffee that tastes like mint or a vanilla bean that tastes like something else- this happens at other Starbucks. The customer service is stellar. I drive 5 miles to get to this one instead of the one that has a drive through close to my house because of the better customer service and knowing they’ll get our drinks right. They’re awesome!
