I order coffee and iced lemon laof. He give me like this... never got like this before.. no bag or anything bad service ever
The woman that took my order was rude, she seemed upset and when I asked her about the details of the coffee I was ordering she was irritated and didn’t explained it to me in the most polite manner. Definitely not coming back to this store
The dude working there charged us extra for extra syrup
Store outright refused to brew a pot of dark roast because it was past 10AM and said they "weren't allowed". Completely unapologetic and rude, would rather go without than visit this location again.
Nice but employees that move as quick as a sloth
Had 10 minutes to catch my bus. Took them 5 minutes to even take my order and even with 2 people making drinks, there was no sense of urgency. I was there for about 15 minutes. No common curtesy either
