Such a sweet tour! It is amazing to see the chefs and candy creators hard at work making such beautiful creations. The staff are friendly and offer so many tasty soubineers to take home. Be sure to make reservations online to ensure your tour time. No food or drink can be taken on the tour but they do have a restroom and drinking fountain.

Why have so many years gone by and this location still has HUGE potholes in their drive through? You cannot miss them by driving in. Is this location/owner too cheap to shell out some money for this?
Oh Hailey to be young, ignorant and rude. Thanks for not acknowledging me and standing far away from the drive thru window talking about being over people and especially over Jonathan… instead of greeting your customers then and then to get my order incorrect? I simply asked for 2 cookies to be warmed up and paid almost $7 and they threw the cookies in a bag and I drove 2 miles down the road before realizing I had to turn around and go back and get what I asked for, since you were to busy to focus on getting my order correct the first time around and then to tell your peers I threw the cookies at you? Haha I have short arms and tossed them so they would land on the counter outside the store, and you gave me a dirty look and argued with me about Starbucks policy is not to take them out of the plastic. Then after you warmed them up you stood there with them in your hands and pointed and laughed at one of your peers having a great time meanwhile I’m waiting for my cookies so I just drove off…enjoy the cookies because it was a poor customer experience, perhaps some hospitality and customer service trainings would be helpful for Hailey. Then her manager said oh she treated you this way because “ you threw the cookies at her” like no, don’t make excuses and lies for her immaturity and ignorance & poor customer service abilities.
Extremely friendly staff. They welcomed most of the customers by name and even wished one fellow Happy birthday when he walked in!
Had an awesome conversation. #HarryPotter the drink came out PERFECTLY AND GORGEOUS. It was so hard to get a pictures with out sipping some of it first. Service was quick for me with the 3 cars ahead
the workers were very rude, haley specially called someone on the phone and talked badly about me in front of me saying and i quote “i fight” she purposefully mispronounced my name into something derogatory and mean. I’m VERY dissatisfied with the service and will never be coming back.
It would have been nice when I ordered my drink if they would have told me they did not have everything to make the drink. I waited for my order, and after several minutes they called my name. I looked at it and asked about the drink. The guy behind the counter said they were out of stuff.... Should have looked at some of the reviews for this Starbucks before I went.
If you are looking to get coffee in less than 30 minutes, this is NOT the place for you. I get it if there's a line but I ordered immediately and they were quick to take my money. 23 minutes later and there were still people waiting who were saying they were waiting over 30 minutes. Complained to the manager and she literally just turned her back and walked away. Staff had zero sense of urgency and those who were working were focusing on the drive thru. Went down the street to another location and had my coffee within 3.5 minutes.
Usually one of my favorite stops. This time, the new girl on the the register first left the peach out of my peach iced tea. The second time through the drive thru, they left out the Stevia. Pretty sure they'll get it straightened out, but a disappointment for today. I didn't have time for a third pass at getting it right.
We had to stop there to meet someone.Felt like the music sound in there was bit high.We took hotchocolate, it was good like every other star bucks.Good parking and drive through area available.
