I have been to this location a few times and have been very pleased. The staff is very welcoming, kind and helpful. Until yesterday. I called to place a special order. The person Working was quite rude, argumentative and really did not want to take the order from me. when I went to pick up she was still very curt II let her know how I felt, she did not seem at all phased by my complaints about her attitude or lack of customer service skills. I will not be returning to this location.

EXCELENT customer service. I've called 4 places prior to them for a last minute order of a dozen cupcakes for my son's birthday party in 24 hours. Not only were they kind but they made it happen! So grateful!
I ordered 2 dozen cupcakes for my son's birthday at his high school special education program. They were packaged wonderfully, tasted amazing and were gorgeous. Definitely will be a repeat customer.

Delicious cupcakes and they had plenty to choose from. I had cherry cheese cake with strawberry ice cream! I wish they had tables to eat on!
I brought our 10 year old here on 1/6/22 as a special treat because it looked super good. Looks can be deceiving.The macaroons were so hard that she couldn't even bite into it. Thankfully, she tried it before we left the parking lot. The gal offered me a cupcake instead since she didn't know how to do refunds.While I was choosing a cupcake, the child walks into the store after trying her cupcake stating that this too is hard.I checked it and it LOOKED super moist inside so we decided to keep the 5 cupcakes and choose another. WELLLLLLLL - this child NEVER skips eating things like this. She never finished her cupcake and when i tried mine after dinner, it too was hard on the edges. The inside fell apart and it was super difficult to eat as I had to pick the moist parts away from the hard parts.Our 12 year old tried hers the next day and threw the entire thing away.My advice would be to try them BEFORE leaving the store. At least poke around the top edges under the frosting to make sure they are not hard.This was a huge disappointment to all of us.
