You haven't had fried chicken until you try this place. The best parts are the oft overlooked ones:Have people eating alongside you that are indecisive? "Do you want chicken?" is an easy answer. Furthermore, it's not, "Let me look at the menu, maybe, first" only to remind them an hour later that you're still hungry. It's just a matter of, "You want 3 pieces or 4?" Now that's easy. Quick to decide, quick to order, and quick to get the order as this crew does a great job and is always smiling as they recite the mandated, degrading, but mildly humorous quips that they do when you roll up to the speaker to place an order. ??
This place is ALWAYS good. Every time I've been there the chicken is piping hot, fries are fresh, and bread is warm and crispy. Serve has been fast and friendly every time too.
I don't know his last name, but Brian the traveling support manager is absolutely wonderful! He was so sweet, cleared off our table for us and shared a conversation. He definitely makes me want to come back much more often!! What a friendly place to enjoy your time. Brian definitely needs a raise, he is excellent.
This place is giving Chick fil A a run for their money. Drive through has their act together and the food is always consistent. And compared to other drive through chains the orders are always correct!
I had multiple fraudulent charges, charging me multiple times from the parker location, I do believe, for a total of about 80$, I was charged for the same meal I get three times in one day on a day I did not go, the 7th, and another forth charge on that day, again I did not go there. I went to parker about the same time and showed them the charges and they said there is nothing they can do without receipts, I asked for free food they said no. I went to the centennial location and asked again about the fraudulent charges, the manager said he just came from the parker location, and told me "I am not doing this with you". I said okay and ordered food and went home. Both the owner of the parker location and the manager of the centennial location, in my opinion did not care at all about the situation and did not make any attempts to resolve the issue. The manager at the centennial location told me not to go to any other raising canes today as I left. I assume they both judged me as a fraudulent person, this made me very upset. I stayed polite the whole time and moved on. I do not appreciate having nearly 100$ stolen from me and to be treated as a criminal, I am a very hard working individual. Lower level employees treated me with much respect and kindness I would like to honor them.
We realized when we got home that our order was wrong. We called and the team didn't bat an eye to offer to remake our meals. Thanks to Mike and the crew for taking the time to make our second order with love.
So, I came here because I didn't want anything on a "bun" and Id' had too many tacos recently. Besides, my friend had Cane's cater a party he had and I remember it being good. Also, King Sooper's is striking and I'm not shopping there until their employees are taken care of (the chicken in the deli is great). So, I go in and there are about 5 employees standing behind the counter talking and one person who stepped up and grabbed his meal. I was told by a woman, whom I'm assuming is the supervisor or manager, to wait a moment and then she proceeds to make me wait while she doles out assignments to everyone else. So, did I step in at shift change? I don't know.I tell the kid taking my order that I'm a first timer and he does nothing to explain to me the menu, the options, etc. I order the 4 piece meal for $10. It comes with crinkle fries that aren't as good as Del Taco's, coleslaw that's not as good at KFC and a piece of Texas toast because ... why not?The kid hands me a cup and I look at the soda fountain before turning around and asking if they have anything that's not caffeinated or filled with sugar. The kid looks confused and tells me they have tea. I have to explain to him that tea has caffeine. He could have told me water meets my needs and he would have been correct, but he couldn't even think of that.I settled for Hi-C because I figured it had the least amount of sugar versus the carbonated beverages. The meal was underwhelming. As I already indicated, there are better options, in my opinion, for chicken, fries and coleslaw. The special "Cane's" sauce was okay, but nothing I need to drive to a Raising Cane's for.All-in-all it was a mediocre experience that left me wanting. No need to return.
This place is overpriced… the chicken fingers are great but not worth the price. They need better fries, at least have some original fries. I can get the same fries from our local market. Could they add some more options to their menu!?
Chicken sandwich and tenders are great, as is the toast and the famous Cane's Sauce. With that said, I have ordered from this restaurant dozens of times over the years and I have, not once, received fries that are cooked all the way through. I'm not being one of those people that likes it burnt to a crisp- I'm biting into a fry, and it feels cold. Not cool, not lukewarm- cold. Nasty. So don't get the fries.
The food is predictably good. The service was fast and excellent
