I was so excited to have Qdoba. Living in Houston I haven’t had for over four years. This place is disgusting. Dine in is closed and hasn’t been cleaned in awhile. There’s catering bags out for four days ago and tomorrow. I get being short staffed but this isn’t working. The guy that made our food was great tho.

The lobby was disgusting, I couldn't find a clean area to sit at, and when I told the gentleman who worked their he just shrugged... In these times you would think they would care more about a clean restaurant.

Experience was terrible. Managers were all standing around talking about schedule while line was out the door. Selection was out or cold or burnt. And they let a person cut me because she was in a hurry.

This location is terrible. Stopped in for lunch and waited in line for 15-20 mins while the 4 employees moved as slow as humanly possible. They were making online orders in between customers, which is understandable, but they weren’t communicating that. Just ignoring customers that were right in front of them. I was eventually helped, but with an attitude. I asked for light salsa and the guy gave me so much it completely ruined the meal. The cashier was running around doing 100 other things and being rude to me and the other employees…it was just a disaster. I won’t be back to this location.

If you love your family, don't bring them here! General manager will serve you plastic in your meal, but then have an issue processing your refund. I'd give 0 stars if I could!

They are really short staffed and no proper communication on online order and they closed the store and 120 minutes delay on our order ...that too at peak hungry lunch time...I think even they are short staffed needed clear communication which always keep the stores in good ratings..

Same as tobias below, first time going to Qdoba and got turned away at 9:20 when they close at 10. Young lady who appeared to be the shift manager was just watching stuff on her phone. I would understand being turned around at 9:50 but not with 40 mins to spare. Better off going to Dominos next door, even if it wasn’t what you were in the mood for.

This Qdoba was horrible. I went there and arrived at 9:45. The doors were open and I walked in. Now as I walked through the door, I heard the two male employees talking and one asked a female employee should they turn me away. Then they informed me they were closed. I looked at my watch and told them I thought they closed at 10. The female employee snapped back 9:30. Really? You close at 9:30 but your doors are wide open and you still have food out for serving? Ok, please do not go there, they are not professional or courteous. The immature staff there just wanted to go home.

Meat is very tasty. I love the sweet and spicy chicken, great flavor I haven't seen at other restaurants. Takeout is so fast. Like 15 min or less every time I've tried. (Easy online ordering on their Google listing)I really do not like the cheese dip, it's got peppers in it and just really has a weird taste compared to what I'd usually want from like a Moe's, Chipotle, etc. Tastes like a tostitos yellow cheese dip in a jar, not the white cheese dip that I would have expected from a burrito restaurant or a sit-down Mexican restaurant. They came out with the Mac and cheese recently, with their cheese dip. Brilliant, but I didn't like it. It's the cheese for me. You may like it though! Still worth a try.Another thing to look out for is that sometimes the chips are super salty. I end up brushing salt off very often. And I'm not sensitive to salt, it's just not evenly distributed sometimes.Besides my words of caution, this place rocks. Definitely go.
