So they just give out your food to random strangers and when asked if it can be replaced since this was THEIR mistake, they straight up refused. Stay far away!

First time walking into this location and didn't even so much as get a greeting. Girl just walked up to the counter. I didn't see a menu but luckily I already knew what I wanted so I tried to place the order. To make sure I got the order I wanted specifically I told them the price I saw online. As far as I know this is the basic price but I was told I would need to order online for the price I stated. Seems rather redundant because I'm able to place the order from my phone. If I didn't already have my heart set on stuffed crust I'd have gone elsewhere. Don't think I'll come back to this location again.
My food came out on time, correct, hot and delicious. The lady who brought out my food was super nice and thanked me for my patience, even though I was early for my requested pick up time! I will definitely order here again and recommend this location to others!
Order my pizza to the right place!! The driver delivered to Suite 3000 instead of 4000 which was clearly on the order. We had to call and ask where it was and was told it was left in a completely different office. Needless to say the pizzas were cold
My order was made incorrectly, wrong crust and toppings. Rather than call and complain about my order we may not be ordering from PizzaHut anytime soon or into the future. This was the 3rd order in a row to arrive incorrectly made, along with other orders, I know that people come to work and do the best they can and by complaining about my order could put employees at risk of losing their job. I worked hard for the money paid to PizzaHut and have tried your services for years now, but quality and customer service seem to be at an all time low. Sorry - I will not be placing any orders for the foreseeable future. Thank You!
Fast and friendly service. Pizza looked great and tasty. Chicken wings were perfect to taste and spice level.
Pizza Hut is our go-to pizza place because we love the food, especially stuffed crust pizza. The food yesterday was as good as always, however, our order got really messed up. We ordered online a large 1 topping stuffed crust pizza, cheese sticks, and quepapas. When the food was delivered, we realized that the pizza was not stuffed crust, and they forgot our quepapas. I called the store to report this mistake, and the girl who answered the phone was very nice and said they would remake the pizza and deliver it with the missing quepapas. I was very happy that the mistake was corrected, but we ended up waiting almost 2 hours to get our correct order so it would have been better to have gotten it right the first time.
Ordered 16 wings and with pizza. Got the pizza, not the wings. Called the store, manager picked up. Apologized and said would refund the wings. Problem is he never did. That’s theft.
Boneless wings had very little sauce, order took almost an hour to arrive, and the chicken was dry and tough, indicating that it was overcooked.
10 out of 10 all of out family goes to this pizza hut love it
