So disappointed but not surprised at all.I did a pick up order from Doordash. When I picked up my order, I checked my bag and 3/5 items were missing. Had to ask for them. When I got home to eat I realized the beef was missing in my korean beef noodles. On a smaller note, the seasoning on my korean bbq meatballs were also missing. Literally the only things that were made right were the bottled drink and two rice krispies that I had to ask for after already ordering it.Two years ago, I worked at this location for a very short time. Had to stop working because I had to go to the hospital instead of two of my shifts. Sanitation was awful when I was there (saw my coworkers eating from the salad bar, not fully cleaning floors and tables, etc.) and management would trash talk employees to other employees on the floor. I feel like nothing has changed since, seeing my order two years later was messed up and no one seemed apologetic over it. They just laughed it off.
It’s a Thursday April 28th 2:22 pm the crew working here has been just spectacular. Congrats!
Let me start by saying I visit Noodles on a regular basis but not typically this location. Take the extra 5-10 minutes and go to any other location other than this one. This location is horrible don’t waste your time. I went here specifically to use my rewards that expired in 1 day and the person at the register couldn’t figure out how to use my rewards after scanning it twice and telling me okay the reward has been redeemed when it clearly had not been taken off the ticket as the price was still the same. He finally told me he doesn’t know how to redeem it so I cannot use it. I paid for my meal which included a drink I purchased and continued on. I get to the soda machine every single option on the Coke machine is blacked out but 4 options all zero sugar or diet drinks. I threw my cup away. That would have been nice to know before paying for a drink cup. I take my food home and sure enough they put the complete wrong sauce in the bag with my Alfredo MontAmore. Now I’m eating Alfredo with some sort of mushroom sauce they decided to give me. Save yourself the headache and money and go somewhere else. I will not return to this location.
This place is constantly so slow to the point that it takes them 30 minutes to make Mac and cheese. This is supposed to be a fast(er) food place and it's completely backed up. It isn't even that busy and it takes them forever to get food out. I ordered at 11:40 and waited for a good half hour for pad Thai and Mac n cheese that used to take 10 minutes. They have prioritized mobile orders over people who are waiting to receive their food. They called out a mobile order who was behind ours before our food came out. I understand there is a job shortage but that doesn't make up for a 40 minute wait for Mac n cheese
The staff here were extremely helpful and nice. Quick and efficient very tasty meal. Wonderful customer service.
Waited an hour for food, then they forgot something so had to wait even longer. Manager is over his head and incompetent. Horrible
Consistently horrible! This Noodles has never been great but they have gone terribly downhill the last couple of years. I've given them enough chances and I'm done. Last night, their online ordering was not working so we went in and ordered, and waited 30 minutes for two entrees. They handed us the bag, we went home opened it up and there was only one entree. The one entree- pesto noodles with chicken- was almost inedible. Instead of a pesto sauce there was a water sauce with a tiny understated pesto taste. Half of it was thrown away. This Noodles consistently gets orders wrong, and the food we do get tastes horrible. We should have gone to the wonderful poke place just have few doors down.
The pick up window is also a sit down area that is being used by unmasked people eating. Poor design for a pandemic.Food is like any other location.
I went to the Noodles location for lunch today, but found out that they are currently limiting the hours they are open due to being short staffed. There was one person inside (I believe he said his name was Jean Paul) and he let me know about the change in hours and very nicely apologized for not being open.I stayed outside for a minute on my phone to decide where else to go for lunch when he came back to the door and invited me inside. He ended up making a meal just for me even though the kitchen wasn't open and he started everything from scratch. (By the way, it was the best mac and cheese I've had at Noodles!) He was so kind and went out of his way to make me lunch when he was the only person there and the restaurant wasn't even open to customers. It sounds like there has been a staffing issue and this location could use the extra help! Keep them in mind if you know of anyone who is looking for a job.
Ordered three dishes to go, all of which came out incorrect, and two of which were cross contaminated with Parm Chicken, despite both being ordered gluten free. The gluten free shells were also not fully cooked. If it wasn’t a regular occurrence at this location, I wouldn’t complain, but due to this being both an allergy issue, and by far not the first time this has happened, I implore corporate to start stepping in and make any kind of positive change.
