Not open due to staff shortages. Would definitely have been nice to know when choosing a hotel in the area.
The complementary breakfast should include more bagels and pastriesThis was a great location lots of restaurants and shopping nearby The rooms were clean enough but they could use some updating Overall a great experience
We usually love Embassy Suites but this property was horrible. Only one of the three elevators were working, our room was filthy, there were condoms hanging from the roof of the pool, and the vents were clogged with filth In our room. Would not recommend this property for a while.
This hotel seems to be suffering from lack of service due to reasons unknown. A minimum of five night stay would be required in order to have your room cleaned although they offered fresh towels. Breakfast serves only omelettes and nothing . Appears to be under staffed.
Stayed here a year ago, had no hot water when I woke up on check out day. Now back for another try not a good experience again. Hilton puts stickers on all their doors suggesting they cleaned the room extra well. A procedure implemented to give guests more confidence staying during covid. When I first got into the shower, in my super clean room, the ceiling above the shower had spots of bright blue stuff on it, I assumed it was someone’s shampoo or shower gel. After closing the shower curtain behind me you could see where said blue liquid had dripped from the ceiling and ran down the shower curtain. WOW some cleaning job they did. I also set the thermostat to 60 and the fan on high when I arrived. These rooms can take a long time to cool down. My room was warm all night. My little travel thermometer I use claims the room never went below 70 even with the blackout curtains closed. Lastly, the bathroom sink plug was pushed all the way down when I arrived. I tried to actuate it with the handle on the faucet to no avail. I tried to look under the sink to fix it and there was a large piece of wood blocking it from sight. I used my car key to pry the plunger up and out only to find out it wasn’t even connected to the linkage that operates it. My coworker and I spend one a night every week in the area sometimes two, all year long. We’ve stayed in many area hotels. This one is on our “no matter how cheap we’re not staying there” list now.
Great tasting club sandwich
Convenient for I-25 freeway. Also you will find many restaurants that are nearby and that you can walk to if you like. Nice open lobby area as usual for Embassy Suites. Has view of the mountains which is nice.
Room was very private and had blackout curtains. Hotel is beautiful, and we had a nice view of Arapahoe road. Front desk lady was welcoming. Only issue we had was we found a used qtip on floor. We didn’t use any amenities at this stay.
Quick stay on the way thru Denver, used app to check in and check out, only interaction with staff was to get breakfast ticket in the am, had breakfast but had it all in to go boxes, have stayed here before and have had a good experience both times.
Hotel has a reservation system on the pool but didn’t let us know that when we booked so we were unable to take the kids swimming that night. Also had very loud neighbors who they front desk would not help with.
