Why your ratings are lower than they should be: orders are almost always wrong! Corporate blames employee shortages so what can you do. Hey, I don’t want yellow salmon. Or brown lettuce. And I don’t want to be able to see the plate through the meager amount of greens. I paid extra to add arugula, so it’s like they took away half the romaine. The people who make the food are killing this place for everybody else. Every location I try, same thing; 3/4 of orders WILL have mistakes
Great food but not great staff. Jonathan was making super creepy seggsual advances towards some of his other male co workers & female too. I watched him harass 3 people in under 30 minutes of entering. Kind of sickening to know that people are condoning this behavior. I feel so bad for his co workers.
Great food. Light, fresh, well planned and delicious. Staff was wonderful. I loved that I could order a smaller portion because I can never eat the full portion and am not a fan of left overs. And, because it was a special lunch with a dear friend, it was nice that we could have a glass of wine with our meal. Very pleasant for a modest restaurant.
This is far and away the most inconsistent of all the modern market locations. The food is good when they do it right but I had to give it one star because sometimes you go there and they get it so wrong. And if you’re getting it to go by the time you get home you realize that it’s not what you ordered or person forgot to give you the chicken on your chicken salad. I’ve gotten the blackened chicken bowl and driven all the way home only to realize they have forgot to put on the blackened chicken. It’s actually surreal
A delivery person forgot two of our meals. Modern market corporate was no help but when I went in the store they were awesome and super apologetic and remade the meals asap
Every time I eat here I feel so sick afterwards. Also, their ahi tuna sketches me out. Sadly won’t be going back.
My new favorite medium fast food restaurant.This salad is from the new winter menu:Winter Harvest Salad, balsamic Glaze on the side and I forgot I don't like the sweet potatoes because they are spicy (I have a sensitivity to spicy now :( )I only use the app, so I'm not sure how the dining experience is. The app on the other hand is so easy and visually appealing. It's extremely easy to delete items or add / modify them. When it's time to pickup my order I just go in and most of the time it's ready to grab.The app offers specials that I often order to try something new without feeling like I wasted a bunch of money on something that didn't taste good; and worst is when you're still hungry after. I haven't felt that way yet so I keep going back.I normally get the chocolate brownie / cookie and I love it. The carrot cake was not my favorite replacement and will definitely stick to the delicious cookies from now on ?The winter salad is my new (old) favorite with a yummy twist adding the pomegranate seeds and candied walnuts.The only reason I didn't give it a 5 is for consistency. My salads looked different but maybe because I made different substitutions this time.
Terrible. Ordered via DoorDash. Salad was wilted and came without dressing. Roasted veggies were undercooked— nearly raw. Steak was lukewarm and tough. Mac and Cheese had a really odd smell and flavor. I’ve always had great meals from Modern Market in the past. This one was very disappointing.
I ALWAYS order the Bahn Mi. Always. This is my first time ordering at this location and if this is how they make their sandwiches I won’t be coming back. Who the heck puts this many jalapeños on a sandwich ??? I couldn’t even enjoy it once I bit into it and my mouth is ON fire! This was only on HALF the sandwich, the other half still has MORE. Never have I ever had this issue before. I’m sad. I’m pregnant and was craving this and now I am craving nothing because my mouth is burning so bad from a mouthful of jalapeños.
Great place for lunch or dinner. Fresh and healthy.
