Well today I learned that online orders get priority. We were inside for 20 min, about 1/2 spent at the counter watching online orders come in and be placed ahead of us as we stood there.I was fine with pile existing when we stepped up being handled ahead of us. It was the addition of new orders and being told online takes priority when I asked. The line in restaurant was all the way to the door when we left.I am sure this is a corporate policy and it is not a good one. It removes Mod from the list of places I think of as quick and easy when out and about.

First time trying Mod and was not impressed. The restaurant was dirty and the staff were not very friendly. After we paid for the food, we were sitting and waiting for our names to be called to pick up the pizza. It was taking time and eventually one of the Mod Staff members comes over with our pizza and said “We called your name a long time ago” and handed us the pizza. It wasn’t even busy so not sure why it took them so long to notify us. The pizza was cold and we never heard our names being called. Either the staff didn’t yell it or it was because the music was so loud. Either way the pizza was nasty and cold. Definitely disappointed and do not recommend

Sometimes it's the best...sometimes it's not.UPDATE: Unfortunately, I've been in twice in the past month and it's not been the best...Only 5 tables around lunch time, including mine, and no Parmesan shakers or clean tables. The manager sits at one of the big tables so only little tables are available...New York dining style - so you're sitting right next to your neighbor. There are 5 employees and 1 manager. Now the manager is sit/leaning on the food prep area and rubbing his face, like this is the worst and hardest job he's ever had.The men's room is also out of order. And no one was very friendly. We won't come back to this location...

I have never in my life written a review for any restaurant, store, Uber/Lyft… anything… but today that changes because of one singular employee at this restaurant. A employee named Tim was extremely disrespectful to me today when I came in to create a pizza. As we went down the line I felt judged by my choice of toppings and was uncomfortable with him not covering his mouth while coughing around the food. when I was finished creating my pizza, He didn’t even look up at me and turned around faster than I could even say thank you. It seems that from other reviews, this specific employee is very rude to more customers than just myself. This is very unfortunate as I love this one specific location, due to every single other employee being some of the most outstanding people I have ever been served by.Thank you to everyone else there for doing their job and giving quality customer service, but the one employee obviously needs some work.

delicious gluten free crust! thin and crispy and as many toppings as you want. even when they're busy they get people through quickly.

I am giving a one star solely due to one staff member named Tim. He was extremely rude and wouldn’t listen to me at all. I was ignored when making sure my cheese was dairy free and when I asked for more. The rest of the staff was amazing and super kind and nice. I come here regularly and had never had this experience until today.

This pizza place is BOMB. Second time here and it's still amazing. They have a great selection and you can put whatever you want on your pizza. Staff is awesome. Location is awesome. Vibe is awesome. You cannot go wrong with MOD.

This was our first time at MOD Pizza, and we stopped by after a long day on the road. The staff was patient in helping us put together a very tasty thin crust pizza with a wide variety of items. We also had the Greek Salad and took it back to our hotel. The cashier was very friendly and helpful in making sure we had everything we needed. Prices were reasonable and would return to MOD Pizza again if was in an area where they are located.

Dec. 21-Been eating here since they opened and enjoy the food. Since covid the price has gone up about a $1.50 for the mini from $4.99 to 6 and change. I still feel like this is a good price because of all the toppings you can put on it. I just hope they don't go much higher or they may price themselves out of existence. For now they're good. I would recommend them. Also try their blackberry lemonade.

This is hands down the best pizza I've ever had. Love the chicken sausage! The crust is to die for! Salad dressing was incredible! Can't wait to order again!
