First time eating at a Jimmy John's and wasn't impressed at all. Hard stale bread, lite on the veggies and meats & way over priced for an 8" sub. Cheaper to make your own. C'mon Man.

Ordered 50 minutes ago, got a message 30 minutes ago that it was out for delivery and still no food. Called store and all they could do was make excuses and said it would be at least another 10 minutes.Just called it has been now an hour and twenty minutes, they said it was delivered but nothing. Told me to check outside and nothing, now they want me to check my neighbors houses for my food.
Ordered five sandwich total of 45 dollars. Was told no can't except that when I tried paying with a 50. Management said can't accept because they have taken in to many fakes.

Called to order for the work crew. Lady that answered was rude and snide finally got through the order and hung up. After thinking about it, if the lady taking the order has a toxic attitude how is the food going to turn out. I called back to cancel and talked to the manager Logan and explained my conversation with lady and how she was being rude and was acting like I should of had the whole order memorized. Logan was dismissive about it and at least I figured out where the toxic attitude comes from. It starts form the top. If you want a toxic sandwich spot it might be the spot to go. Ended up ordering a Philly cheese steak from down the street. Much better interaction over the phone and the food tasted like the people working there actually cared about what they are doing. 5 stars for them. JJ should take some training from them on customer service. Also, not surprised to see all the 1 star reviews.
Customer service is a thing of the past. Called, told I was out of the area before I even gave my location. Then attitude the rest of the conversation, as well as on the call back to cancel. The manager Logan was short and rude. To the point where he hung up on me.Please understand that the 3.1 rating is accurate.

Ordered a Turkey Tom today from the Jimmy John’s on University and Dry Creek. Just got over 5 hours of food poisoning and puking my guts out.Don’t eat here unless you want to chance spending the next day or so on the porcelain throne.
