Delivery times consistently over an hour. Assumed it was due to a busy day but these long delivery times have not changed in at least 5-months.

I have now been waiting 1 hour and 20 minutes for my delivery order of 1 sandwich. Will the sandwich even be good at this point? It was made at 12:48pm. This is the 4th time I have waited over 40 minutes for a sandwich to be delivered .8 miles from this location. I will never been ordering from this location again. #FreakySlow.
Ordered a #5 minus onions and somehow I received a #5 wrapped in lettuce with onions. Maybe have someone taking orders that can actually hear someone through their mask to get their order correct. Do I want to come back so you can make the sandwich again, no I am at work and I already spent the time coming to your location for you to mess up my lunch. Good times. Future reference-speak clearly or they will mess up your order!!!
The guy making sandwiches accused me of stealing a sandwich, then tried to play it off like he didn’t, never apologized for his mistake, terrible attitude dude.
My first time at Jimmy John's! Will now be my go to sub shop. The bread is AMAZING! Not full of air....like another sub place. I ordered the ham and cheese for my first time. It was fresh, it was substantial and adding a soda and chips cost the same as just a 12 inch sandwich at other sub shops.Menu has something for everyone. Large cookie available for dessert in multiple choices.Side note...I love their ice cubes. This location was clean, easy access, open parking, friendly and speedy staff. I will be back....soon!
I called to let them know that their lettuce was no good. I spent 50 dollars in unwhiches...their response was it's that time of year our veggies are not fresh!!!!!!

OMG This place sucks this is the 3 or 4 time this has happened. I order the sandwiches tell what I don't want on my sandwich and every time they do the opposite. For instance I ask for no tomato please they pile tomatoes on it. They are rude my last visit they were so rude I started to cancel my order. Plus they tossed my sandwiches in the bag. Just plain rude. Not changing gloves when handling money.
Always a good sandwich and fast service.
