Ordered the new Tai wrap. Cost $12 for a small wrap with almost no veggies, average amount of chicken, and mostly sauce. Won't be going back. Prices are out of control.

This location has gone so far downhill they are now in the valley. My wife ordered from them once or twice a week. Recently, they have become very stingy with ingredients. I have a sandwich a couple weeks ago that barely have any meat at all in it. Yesterday, my wife ordered the roast beef sub with extra veggies and avocado spread. No avocado spread, only two tomato slices, two cucumber slices, and she also ordered a large drink, but they fulfill the small one. I brought her sandwich back in and asked him to remake it. They would not, but instead they opened it up and started picking through it and put some extra avocado on it. It ended up going in the trash. Too bad because she was a regular customer. Doubtful we will order from this shop again.
Worst customer service ever!!! I was specific when I ordered a ham and cheese sandwich on the bread for my son, no extras. Just the bread, cheese, and ham. They made the sandwich with lettuce and mayo, said I ordered the wrong sandwich. I had to buy a new sandwich! My first and last time here!!!
Waited forever.. tried calling the store to see where my order was and it went to an automated voicemail. Food finally shows up- waited an hour for one slice of cheese, one cucumber, one tomato.
If this location could receive ZERO stars, they would! My order from Monday, 4/11, is "STILL OUT FOR DELIVERY" it's Wednesday, 4/13... they also REFUSED to refund my order!! I don't have time to go back/forth with you & refused to give their name for accountability!! Over 2 hrs for a delivery less than 2 miles away & tell the customer they have to pick up in store??? I would've gone to the closer location that doesn't mess up orders or take over 2 hours to deliver but the website automatically routed me to this "freaky fast" location... WHAT'S FREAKY FAST ABOUT 2 DAY DELIVERY FOR A SANDWICH!?!
Quality of the sandwiches delivered were outstanding. Cost of delivery is ridiculous. $2 Each sandwich. I know some people don't tip, that's not me.
Not a freaky fast location, manager was super annoyed that I cancelled my order after TWO HOURS, thanks guy for holding my family hostage while you sat on your butt. There was also no reason to hang up on me thanks but no thanks .
Staff is always friendly and they are 'freaky fast'! Order (to date) has always been correct.
Freaky slow. Twice it took over an hour. I got no response from them when I told them. I didn't want anything free. I am assuming they are understaffed but just a "sorry, we're understaffed" would have been nice.I had already contacted customer service at the time of this review. They said they would forward the feedback with the owner and, as stated above, the owner never got back to me. So someone rolls that way
