Sandwich the Big kahuna chicken Philly is my usual go to! YumI'm back an into the #13!Tyler hooked my sandwich up today! ? Delish! All the guys are super friendly!Thank youSee ya next time
Waited 45 minutes for my pick up order to be ready. Why order online if they can't make it before you arrive? Bread was stale and hard. Ingredients missing as if they aren't reading from a receipt right in front of them. I feel bad for the kids behind the counter. They clearly get zero help. Pick another establishment. I know I can't keep giving my money to this place just for them to ruin dinner for my family
The location is good and the employees are helpful. The problem is that the young guy working at the cash register handling money also touches the sandwiches without changing his gloves. It amazes me how many people are concerned with pointless masks, yet they don't complain about things like this that actually spread germs. This should be common sense to anyone working in the food service industry in 2022.
1st time the sandwich was excellent will will definitely go again
some friendly guys! stopped here on vacation with friends and they took care of us. tables and floors were very clean, quick moving line, and Ashlee's flowering on our #4's was very impressive. I saw Ashlee training different people on slicing AND on grilling when they didn't have customers. very fun to watch, hope I can stop by again soon!
I do have another Jersey Mike’s that’s theoretically a little closer by; but prefer this one since it has better/more open parking and I can drive 55MPH on Arapahoe vs half the speed around the DTC area. The staff is awesome - they seem to work super hard between the in-person orders and online orders; yet, they’re always welcoming, happy to answer any menu questions, willing to make any customizations, and overall seem like a great team. With that said - do have a bit of patience, especially if you order online for pickup and get there early; they seem to usually only have 2-3 people working and tend to prioritize in-person orders, and maybe even the food delivery services (which to an extent makes sense and I’m fine with). However, they’ll get your order out as soon as possible and by the promised pickup time. In short - guess I’m suggesting that you just go order in-store if you’re within the area and in a rush, or get there at the pickup time they tell you. The sandwiches - I always get the number 7 (turkey and provolone) “Mike’s Way”, which just means they add onions, lettuce, tomatoes, an olive oil blend, red wine vinegar and spices. Their cold cuts and cheese are sliced fresh when you order, and aside from making them at home or visiting a deli in NY or NJ, they’re pretty awesome. If it’s cold out or I want something different I might go with the Famous Philly; which is also awesome - there are better Philly cheesesteak places around (one down the road on Arapahoe Rd, in Greenwood Village); but JM’s is really good and much healthier compared to the other. Anyways - glad someone decided to open a few Franchises in CO a couple of years ago (at least I think they’re fairly new?) and that I decided to give them a try within the last year!!
Always a good sandwich. The best meats.
Food was absolutely awesome but the communication and vibe between employees was horrible, which made for a uncomfortable feeling in the foh
Great service, made us 4 perfect sandwiches. Friendly and clean.
The grill was backed up 45 minutes, so even though we like to eat here... We haven't been able to the last two times we have stopped by. ?
