We purchased 2 baked potatoes, 2 deserts and oneCesar salad! Potatoes were good but we ordered extra pico de gallo which was not filled to the top yet we had an additional charge, but the huge disappointment was the salad! For a charge of over $6:00, it was nowhere near full! We will order out for a treat from cooking at home and To get maybe a handful of lettuce (which is all a Cesar salad is) and to pay that outrageous amount is so disappointing! Please, at least fill the bowl with salad or drop the price!! Keep your local customers happy, that is who you can truly count on to keep business afloat! Not sure we will continue to do business at this location of Jason’s! An unhappy customer ……..do not have money to burn but enjoy a good treat occasionally, but not fond of being gouged! Maybe better trained employees will help!!
The girl who took our order was nice, but she was pretty much whispering. We could not hear half of what she was saying. The food was good and seemed to be fresh. We have noticed the restaurant definitely needs a really good cleaning from top to bottom. It’s dirty, the walls, ceilings just about everything needs to be wiped down. I can imagine the kitchen is just as bad or worse. This may be our last time here.
We have tried this restaurant many times. I am not sure why we continue to come back because everytime we go to this location someone doesn't feel well in the evening. It happened again last night both my girls ordered the broccoli soup my oldest complained of a stomach ache my 5 year old was throwing up all night. The young guy who took are order was rude and could careless about talking are order. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else, it is over priced for what you get and it's not worth yourself or your little one being sick all night. Never again!
I love Jason's. Take out orders are always on point aka nothing missing. Giant baked potatoes always hit the spot, love everything I've tried so far. Always get tortilla soup when I go no matter what else I get.Be sure to get there a little early to enjoy an icecream while you await your to go order.
The store manager, Liz, was wonderful and very helpful! The restaurant was very clean and the salad bar was stocked to the brim.Best Jason’s Deli we’ve been in!
We come here for lunch a couple times a month and it is consistently good. Don't be put off by a long line as they move people through very quickly. I've tried a number of sandwiches here - California Club, Club Royale, the Beefeater and my new favorite - the Chipotle Chicken & Avocado Panini. Their ingredients are always fresh, portions are very large to huge, and you can get a variety of sides. My fiance likes their salads and tried the CB Ranch Baked Potato which was delicious, piled high with chicken, bacon, green onions, sour cream and enough for two people. The decor is simple and bright and a fine place to spend your lunch hour.
This has turned into one of our favorite lunch spots! Their salad bar is open and full of delicious fresh veggies. The soups and the homemade fresh sandwiches are my absolute favorite. The kids love the ice cream bar and the staff does a very good job of being friendly and keeping the place clean. I highly recommend eating here if you're looking for a healthy, fresh and quick lunch.
Apparently customer service is not a thing anymore. My family recently ate here and we ordered the spaghetti and meat balls. The meatballs were not fresh. They tasted grainy and not normal. We could not eat them and I went up to see if we could change for something diff. I was told in a haughty tone, “You will need to buy that extra meal.” I was not trying to get a free meal, the meatballs were not ok. But I talked down to embarrassed. So, just know that if you come here you better be happy with what they give you and don’t complain even though this is supposedly to be “high quality”. Not every customer is trying to take advantage, I just wanted quality food for the price.
Wow! First time here. Great food. I had the manager special. Half of a sandwich I created, ham. And a cup of ? broccoli cheese soup and chips lol for under 10.00. Restaurant was clean and food was fresh.
My wife and I have always loved Jason's Deli. The New York Yankee with kraut and thousand island being our go to sandwich and the salad bar when we get to dine in. The food, customer service, cleanliness and management are consistently excellent. Definitely recommend you give them a try.
