Great pizza and even better service the staff are amazing always going above and beyond
The pizza has a soapy taste...It taste like the residue of some sort of cleaner used on the oven that just didn't get cleaned off very well, and so it got onto the pizza.We took a few bites of the pizza but had to throw the rest of it away because it seriously taste like the pizza was cooked on a soapy surface.We're kinda bummed out about this because we saw all these good reviews and this was our first time ordering from here, but it was a waste of money since we had to just throw it all out.Props to the staff for cleaning!... I guess?
Delivered the wrong pizza. Instead of correcting their mistake they sent me to a third party service that simply refunded the order. If you want what you order, oder from somewhere else!
Yum !! Those cheesy knots are delish , Penne pasta is yummy .. of course pizza is good . Dine or take out always a good choice
Such a bummer!!! This used to be our fav date night/local restaurant, but we have tried at least 5 times to give them the benefit of the pandemic doubt. Every time they have messed up our order and given me funky old wine. When we bring it up, they say sorry and make excuses, but do nothing to make it right. Over it!!! We will not go back again to pay $50 for a $4 meal of cheap pasta in a Kate of grease with NO flavor!!!
Went to this location last Monday for pick up. The guy running the front was a solid team member with wonderful customer service. The issue is with this place being called The Garlic Knot and having super hard and burnt knots with no and I mean NO GARLIC BUTTER NOTHING. DRY AS HELL! How are you called the Garlic Knot and have these. Shouldnt serve them if they are burnt and dry.... pizza was ehhhhh. Disappointing for sure we ordered 10 and threw out 8 garlic knots. Never come here fake at best!
I had a small basket of wings and a coke while watching ESPN on their big screen. A nice lunch break after going to the office!
We love their big apple pizza and wings with ranch.
I'm from New Jersey, I like this pizza. the workers are nice. When they forgot an order of knots, they fixed it AND gave us a free dessert!
The food at the Garlic Knot is pretty good. We went for my daughter’s birthday lunch today. It took approximately 45 minutes to get our garlic knot appetizers and then another 10 minutes to get our meal. When the folks who came in 30 minutes after us got their meals before ours I knew something was up. The host was apologetic but didn’t comp anything. I understand that things are tough these days but a discount would’ve been in order here, especially since we were the only customers for most of our visit. I wish we’d had a better experience.
